You can be assured of a quality stay with Carbis Bay Holidays as we have committed to being 100% Quality Assessed with VisitEngland.  This means that the four and five star ratings that we boast about in our portfolio, are independently assessed every year to National Quality Standards.  We also offer the largest selection of luxury Gold Award properties in Cornwall. 

We have also received the much coveted 'Quality Assured Agency' award following an extensive assessment of our policies, procedures and practices by VisitEngland.  The VisitEngland QAA marque is awarded to agencies that exceed industry standards of compliance and customer service, offering consumers assurance that they are booking with a reputable company.

Gold Award

Properties which have scooped this accolade offer supreme levels of quality within their star rating, so those guests with the highest of expectations should be delighted with their choice.  We are proud to confirm that we have scooped more Gold awards than any other business in Cornwall, which just goes to show that you should expect the very best from both our properties and service.

Five stars

These properties offer exceptional overall level of quality. Guests should expect beautiful décor and quality fixtures and fittings, accessories and personal touches.

Four stars

Guests should expect an excellent overall level of quality.  Care and attention to detail in the decor and fixtures and fittings will be obvious throughout holiday homes achieving four stars.

Rating applied for

You can expect the same quality from a property bearing this logo.  It is likely that it has joined our collection recently and although it meets our high standards, a VisitEngland rating will have been applied for.
