Carbis Bay Holidays Booking and Payment Procedure

Where possible, the facilities , fixtures and fitting of the properties shown on this website are as accurate as possible, photographs are also presented to realistically reflect both the interior and exterior of the properties.

VAT:  VAT is only applicable to the rental if the owner of the property is registered for VAT, where appropriate, this is included in the rental.

Insurance: Under FSA rules, a letting agent cannot provide insurance directly to guests and cannot include any amount relating to insurance in the rental ( FSA 1st January 2009). Insurance cover of the contracted rental is provided for any payment received by credit card, for further cover, guests are advised to seek alternative or additional insurance.

If you know your holiday dates and would like to look at the properties available
Use our 'Availability Search' where you can 'show all' or select a preferred location and area if required.  Don't forget we offer properties with Friday and Saturday start dates.

If you know the property name of the property you wish to view
You can find your chosen property using our 'Quick Search'. Just select the individual property name from the drop-down list.

If you are not sure where to stay and would like to browse our portfolio
Go to the 'Locations' button, where you can view all of our luxury self-catering cottages, houses and apartments sorted by location.

Book securely online

Go to the property details page for the property you have chosen. On the right hand side of the property details page you can check when the property is available, select the week(s) you wish to book and click on the 'Search' button.  The price for your chosen holiday dates will be shown.  Clicking on the 'Book Now' button will take you into the start of the online booking process.

Pay securely online

Use our secure form to pay your deposit or an outstanding balance for your holiday.  You will need your booking reference number, which, if you book online, is provided in the detailed confirmation email which follows your automatic booking confirmation.

Please note that there is no charge for the use of debit cards.  A surcharge of 2% is payable for all credit card transactions.

We accept payment by cheque, details for which will be outlined on your reservation confirmation.

School Holiday Dates 2012

The following table provides a quick guide to School Holidays in 2012 ( Saturday dates shown). Please note the Queen's Diamond Jubilee and rescheduling of Whit Bank Holiday.

Advance Reservations for 2013

Until 2013 availability is released in August 2012, we are accepting advance provisional reservations for 2013. At this stage we are not in a position to confirm pricing or availability. No deposit is required for a provisional advance reservation.

Please browse to the property you are interested in and click 'Advanced Reservation Request' located on the right hand side below the calender.

On receipt of an advance reservation, we will contact guests in early August 2012 with the price and confirm the availability of the selected holiday.  At this point we will request a deposit to confirm the booking.

If the property is not available, we will endeavour to suggest a suitable alternative that meets your requirements.
