Barepta Cove Apartments are situated on Headland Road on the old site of the Tregorran Hotel. This stunning development is perfectly positioned to maximise the views across Carbis Bay beach (formerly known as Barepta Cove) and towards St Ives. The railway station is just a short walk away, this single track line is probably one of the most scenic in the UK and links St Ives to St Erth, Penzance and mainline stations. The Blue Flag beach is closeby and the apartments have direct access onto the South West Coastal Path via a private gate at the bottom of the communal gardens, providing outstanding panoramas of the Cornish coastline.
Completed in 2013, there are 14 apartments over 4 floors and have been built to a very high specification with underfloor heating, sliding doors to balconies, integral white goods and oak flooring throughout. Some apartments have lift access and each apartment has allocated parking and a balcony or terrace. Guests also have use of the communal gardens and a designated disabled parking bay is available on a first come first served basis.
