Lounge Area

The lounge area of Ahoy There! is a great space for relaxing and regaling the family with the adventures of the day.  Located off the main hallway, a large corner sofa provides comfortable seating for four, with a coffee table. A 32” Digital LCD HD television and Samsung DVD player are provided for your entertainment and a great selection of local guide books can also be found within the entertainment unit.  Neutrally decorated with framed photos of the area and a large mirror all add to the peaceful atmosphere. 

A patio door opens out onto your own private sun terrace where a table and chairs awaits you, perfect for alfresco dining and for letting the children play in safety.

Dining Area

Ahoy There provides a dining table with four matching chairs within the open plan living area, ideal for quiet nights in.  Alternatively, why not try out some of the excellent restaurants which can be found within Carbis Bay and St Ives.  Take a look at the Welcome Guide provided within the property for great ideas on fine dining and family friendly places to eat.

The fully fitted kitchen at Ahoy There! provides all the equipment you could require to make a family feast.  An integrated large fridge- freezer and dishwasher are provided along with microwave, oven and hob with extractor hood above.  The wood effect flooring which is fitted throughout this beautiful apartment continues into the kitchen.  Ample storage is provided and the sink is positioned so you can look though into the lounge area.

Utility Room
A separate utility room houses the Neff washing machine/dryer, iron and ironing board along with a great selection of board games and DVD’s.

Bedroom One 

The master bedroom is located off the spacious hallway and is furnished with a double size bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, vanity mirror with shelf and bedside tables with matching reading lamps.  For your entertainment, an HD digital television is provided.  Double patio doors open out on to your private terrace, great for letting the fresh Cornish air flow in on mild summer evenings.  For those that wish to catch the spectacular sunrise, an alarm clock radio/CD player is provided.

Bedroom Two

This peaceful room is ideally located to gain a sound nights sleep.  A single bed is provided along with a bedside table, reading lamp, chest of draws, wardrobe and vanity mirror.  There is also ample room for the travel cot which is provide with this property, should it be required.

Bed linen is provided for all beds along with bath and hand towels for all guests. Don’t forget to bring your own beach towels, as unfortunately we do not provide these.

The family bathroom is tiled throughout and has a matching white suite comprising of bath, separate shower enclosure, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.  A mirror with overhead light is also provided.

A bath towel and hand towel are provided per person.

One of the main features to this beautiful apartment is the private terrace which can be accessed via the living area and master bedroom.   A table and four chairs are provided ideally placed to enjoy views of St Ives Bay, making it a great spot for alfresco dining or for sitting back and relaxing in the sun with a good book.  Tropical planting adds to the seaside feel that this property exudes, with ample room remaining for the children to play.  

Alternatively, in the evening, take a glass of wine on to the shared terrace that fronts Compass Point and watch the sun set over St. Ives.  Ahoy There provides a romantic hideaway for couples and young families and has an allocated parking space.

Carbis Bay

The coastal railway links St Ives to Penzance and is perhaps one of the most scenic rail journeys in the UK.  The rail journey from Carbis Bay to St Ives takes about 4 minutes. It also connects to St Erth and Penzance to mainline UK stations including Paddington, London.
