Lounge Area

Blue Vista has a superb spacious living area with a balcony running the full width, you can enjoy probably the finest views of St Ives Bay in the area.  Just sink into either of the sofas and be mesmerised by the ever changing colours of the seascape.  After enjoying the stunning sunset over St Ives, perhaps have some family fun with the Nintendo Wii or just relax and enjoy the LCD TV with full Sky package and DVD player.

As well as an informative "Welcome Book" packed with information about the locality, you will also find information on gardens, maps, walks, a selection of games, books and videos as well as a box of toys for the children.  Local prints and scenic photos decorate the walls throughout the apartment.  Complimentary WiFi is also available.

Dining Area

With a choice of some of the best restaurants in the area and, just a 5 minute journey on the train, you will of course be tempted to try the local fine dining.  Perhaps the best opportunity to enjoy stunning sea views from your dining table, is in your apartment!  The dining area seamlessly flows from the lounge and enjoys the same panoramic views and is adjacent to the kitchen.  High chairs are provided for younger guests and you will find everything you need to make an extra special meal.  The dining area has a table and chairs for eight, and for alfresco dining, the balcony has two tables and eight chairs.

Entrance Hallway

The bright and spacious hallway offers two comfortable armchairs, making for the perfect place to enjoy a quiet read.  You will also find a useful coat hanging area along with a utility cupboard where the iron and ironing board can be found.

So often, holiday chefs miss out on the company of their fellow guests when preparing meals, not in Blue Vista where they enjoy the stunning views as the fully fitted modern kitchen is part of the open plan living area. The kitchen has everything, beautifully fitted in ivory units with a cooker, grill and large oven.  There is a microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer as well as a washer and dryer.  You will also find a fantastic selection of utensils, crockery and glassware, toaster and kettle.

Blue Vista is ideal for two families or large groups with two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. 

Bedroom One

The master bedroom is very spacious and is decorated in neutral tones.  A comfortable king size bed, two bedside tables and reading lamps are provided.  There is a very large triple mirrored wardrobe providing plenty of hanging and draw storage space. The master bedroom also boasts an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom Two

A bright room with double aspect windows and like the master bedroom, bedroom two has a king size bed, bedside table, reading lamps and large integrated mirrored wardrobe and dressing table, providing plenty of storage.

Bedroom Three

The third bedroom of Blue Vista is fitted with two single beds, large triple mirrored wardrobe with hanging and dra space and dressing table, bedside tables and reading lamps.

Bedroom Four

The fourth bedroom also has two single beds, large triple wardrobe, bedside tables and reading lamps.  Light streams in from the sky light, with a blind to block out the light for a sound night's sleep.

Luxury white bed linen and towels consisting of hand, bath and bath sheet are provided for each guest, we do ask that guest provide their own beach towels.  Complimentary White Company toiletries are also provided in each bathroom.

Two complimentary travel cots are provided for younger guests, please note that cot bedding is not provided.

Bathroom One

The spacious family bathroom can found off the hallway and is located next to bedroom four.  Fully tiled with neutral floor and wall ceramics and the modern white suite comprises of a bath, separate shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin with built-in storage underneath, back lit vanity mirror, shaver socket and a heated towel rail for keeping your towels nice and toasty.

Bathroom Two

The shower room is located off the entrance hallway and offers a double walk in shower, wash hand basin, WC and large vanity mirror.

Bathroom Three

The en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom offers a stylish modern white suite which comprises of a p-shaped bath with shower overhead, WC and wash hand basin with built-in storage underneath.  A back lit mirror, shaver socket and heated towel rail are also provided.  This bathroom is fully tiles with the same neutral ceramics as the family bathroom.

A selection of high quality towels comprising of bath sheet, bath towel and hand towel are provided per person.  Complimentary White Company toiletries are also provided.

Seaward facing Balcony

The spacious living area and kitchen is fronted by a fabulous 40' wide balcony with one of the best views of Carbis Bay beach and St Ives Bay.  Two tables rattan and eight matching chairs are provided for guests allowing them to enjoy alfresco dining or to just relax, listen to the sound of the surf and absorb the ever changing colours of the sea and sky. The glass and chrome balustrade allows you to soak up the undisturbed sea views.

South Facing Terrace

The south facing sun terrace is located to the rear of the property and is a fantastic little sun trap, perfect for soaking up the Cornish rays.

Communal Gardens

The beautiful communal gardens of Gwel Marten, which are mainly lawned, are available for guests to use and benefit from stunning views and access to the South West Coastal Path and the beach.  The stroll around the headland to Porthkidney Sands is a must as is the 20 minute coastal walk to St Ives.

Carbis Bay

With its golden sands and turquoise sea, Carbis Bay is recognised as one of the most beautiful bays in the world.  It is often selected as the perfect base for those wanting to relax and get away from it all but have the convenience of being just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of St. Ives.  With its Blue Flag accredited beach, Carbis Bay is a popular choice for a luxury self-catering holiday with many of our special escapes boasting dramatic sea views. The coastal railway links St Ives to Penzance and is perhaps one of the most scenic rail journeys in the UK.  The rail journey from Carbis Bay to St Ives takes about 4 minutes. It also connects to St Erth and Penzance to mainline UK stations including Paddington, London.
