Beachcroft Lodge

Living area 

Located on the first floor, this stunning open plan living space has a contemporary yet homely feel about it.  There are two chocolate leather sofas and an armchair seating all guests in supreme comfort, together with matching foot stool.  These furnishings are complimented by quality oak flooring and mood lighting.  Opening out on to the balcony, the floor to ceiling doors frame the spectacular views of St. Ives Bay and are sure to wow the guests of Beachcroft Lodge.  Although the ever changing colours of the Atlantic Ocean will provide plenty of entertainment and relaxation for some, the latest in technology is also provided in a 40" LCD TV with Freeview, home entertainment system, Playstation III and iPod dock.  Wireless internet is also provided for those who like to keep in touch.  Guests will certainly find this fabulous house a home from home.  

Dining Area 

Guests will find everything that they need to dine in style at Beachcroft Lodge with the dining table and six chairs positioned next to kitchen area, perfect for socialising whilst preparing dinner.  If you prefer to eat out, then Carbis Bay offers some superb restaurants within walking distance and in St. Ives you will find one of the best beach cafés in Cornwall - The Porthminster Cafe. Other recommended eateries in St. Ives are the AA rosette awarded Alba, St Andrew's Bistro, The Seafood Cafe and Onshore Pizza restaurant.

Kitchen

Being open plan to the living area, the kitchen boasts a great outlook through the living area to the balcony and out to sea.  It is fully fitted with an American fridge/freezer with ice maker and water dispenser.  There is a double oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and everything else you would expect from a house of this quality.

Utility Room

Separate to the kitchen, the utility room offers a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.

Bedroom One with En-suite

The master bedroom is on the first floor, offering a super king size bed, 26" LCD TV with Freeview and plenty of storage space in the built in wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers.  

Bedroom Two

To the front of the property on the ground floor, bedroom two has wonderful sea views, a king size bed and plenty of storage space in the built in wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers.  This bedroom also boasts its own separate living area, with a two seater chocolate leather sofa, quality bamboo flooring and a LCD TV with Freeview.

Bedroom Three with En-suite

This spacious bedroom is also on the ground floor and has two single beds which can be put together to make a super king.  Ample storage is available in the built in wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers.  Quality bamboo flooring and a LCD TV with Freeview is provided for your entertainment.  Although not enjoying a sea view, this peaceful room is ideally located for a restful nights sleep.

With quality beds and mattresses and Egyptian cotton bed linen throughout, guests' will enjoy a sound nights sleep after an active day out exploring all that St. Ives and West Cornwall have to offer.  A hair dryer is provided in all three bedrooms.

Shower Room One

The master bedroom offers a large en-suite shower room with luxury travertine floor tiles.  A separate shower cubicle with Grohe shower, WC, wash basin, bidet and heated towel rail.  There is also a mirror with light and shaving point.

Shower Room Two

This shower room is en-suite to bedroom three with luxury travertine floor tiles.  A separate shower cubicle with Grohe shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.  There is also a mirror with light.

Shower Room Three

There is a further shower room on the ground floor of Beachcroft Lodge, situated next to the second bedroom.  This room also boasts luxury travertine floor tiles, a separate shower cubicle with Grohe shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.  There is also a mirror with light.

Balcony

Located off the open plan living area, the balcony seats four in comfort and provides a superb spot to sit, relax and enjoy the far reaching sea views across the bay to Gwithian.

Garden

Although there is no grass to this garden, the paved patio provides an ideal position to enjoy an al fresco meal. A bbq is also provided for your use.  With seating for six, the sub-tropical planters provide a relaxed area making it a relaxing space to take in the view.

Parking

The paved driveway provides ample parking for up to three cars.

Beachcroft Lodge is ideally located on Valley Road to enjoy the stunning views across the Bay.  Tesco supermarket is nearby and St. Ives is a 15 minute walk away.  There is a delightful walk through Carbis Valley, to join the southwest coastal path into St. Ives, or to reach Carbis Bay beach

It also connects to St Erth and Penzance to mainline UK stations including Paddington, London.
