Lounge

Cornerways has a spacious lounge and dining area. The lounge comfortably seats 6 people where you can enjoy the 32” LCD television with Freeview and DVD player. There are two sets of patio doors, the first leads to rear patio where you can sit and enjoy alfresco breakfast, lunch or dinner in the beautifully landscaped garden. The second leads to the front sun terrace where you can sit and take in the reaching views of St.Ives Bay

Dining Room

The dining area has an oak table with 6 leather chairs, if you didn’t wish to eat in there are a number of good restaurants and pubs in Carbis Bay or, within 5 minutes by train, you could be enjoying dinner in one of St Ives' many restaurants. A take-away service is provided by a number of nearby restaurants including Indian, Cantonese, Chinese or Pizza. The famous Becks restaurant is a short walk away and offers the best fish and chips in the area including a take-away service.

Kitchen

The kitchen at Cornerways is fully fitted in light oak, with a double oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Budding chefs will enjoy the superb views,  this spacious modern kitchen is accessed from the living area. It has all the gadgets you would expect in a property of this quality including coffee machine, microwave even a champagne bucket and glasses for that special occasion. The kitchen is finished with Wood laminate flooring.

Utility Room

This is downstairs on the ground floor and has a washing machine and tumble dryer, ideal for drying the swimming costumes and wetsuits.

Bedroom One with En-suite

The master bedroom is on the second floor of Cornerways and has far reaching sea views of St.Ives Bay and beyond. With a king size bed, free standing wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a dressing table.

This master bedroom, which is carpeted, also has its own ensuite with power shower, sink and WC.

Bedroom Two

This bedroom is also on the second floor and has sea views, it has a double bed, built in wardrobes, tallboy chest of drawers, two bedside tables and lamps.

Bedroom Three

The third bedroom of Cornerways is on the first floor and has two single beds, a Tallboy wardrobe, bedside table and bedside lamps. This bedroom leads out onto the rear patio.

Bathroom One

The main bathroom can be found on the second floor, it has a modern white suite which comprises of  a bath, overhead shower, WC and wash basin.

Bathroom Two

This is the en-suite to bedroom one, it has a thermostat controlled shower, wash basin and WC.

Bathroom Three

This wonderful wet room is located on the ground floor; it has a thermostat controlled shower, WC, wash basin and under floor heating.

Front Sun Terrace

The front patio is accessed from the living area, it has far reaching sea views of St.Ives Bay and beyond there is a table with seating for 4 people.

Rear Patio

The rear patio can be accessed from both the living area and the third bedroom, it is paved and has table and chairs to seat 6.

A fantastic addition to this well appointed house is the dedicated home cinema room, which can be found on the ground floor.  Although St Ives is simply gorgeous, you may find it difficult to leave the house with this great media facility.  Your own personal, private cinema room offers a 46" LED TV with surround sound and BT Vision, Play Station III, Blue Ray DVD player and i pod docking station.

Cornerways is ideally located on Boskerris Road and enjoys stunning views across the Bay. Tesco supermarket is nearby and St. Ives is a 15 minute walk away.  There is a delightful walk through Carbis Valley, to join the southwest coastal path into St. Ives, or to reach Carbis Bay beach.

It also connects to St Erth and Penzance to mainline UK stations including Paddington, London.
