Living Area
Entrance
As you enter Innisfree you are greeted into a bright entrance hallway, with hardwood flooring and a carpeted, wooden staircase leading up to the first floor. Through the glazed living room door, you can take a sneak peak at the outstanding sea views that this property has to offer.
Living Area
Located on the ground floor, the open plan living area is a wonderful space for all the family to gather. The tasteful neutral décor makes this a warm and inviting room, with double patio doors opening out onto the terraced patio, extending the living area out into the Cornish fresh air. Colonial style, white wash, wooden concertina shutters add to the New England feel that this property exudes. Two comfortable, large sofas are ideally positioned to take in the views down to Porthminster Point, or for watching the 38” LCD Freeview television. A DVD player with selection of DVDs, complimentary Wi-Fi, iPod dock, maps, games and books have all been provided for your personal entertainment. There are two oak coffee tables, along with a reading lamp, just perfect for snuggling up and reading a good holiday book. Original art adorns the walls of Innisfree, injecting colour into the airy spaces.
Dining Area
The dining area sits conveniently between the kitchen and lounge, making it a great spot to socialise with family in either area. A solid oak table and bench seating for up to six guests is provided, with travertine floor tiles, ideal for messy younger guests. A single sofa can be found snuggled in the corner, great for resting weary feet after a long day walking the coastal path. There is an abundance of great places to eat in the local area, whether you are looking for a fine dining restaurant or a family friendly pub. Our personal favourites are the Seafood Café and The Union, both located on Fore Street in St Ives. There is also a variety of takeaways, some offering home delivery. Check out the Welcome Guide provided in the property for further information.

There is a four ring induction hob, kettle, toaster and all the utensils you could require to create a hearty home cooked meal. The double sink is located next to a window which looks to the side of the property. A second set of double patio doors lead out onto the terraced patio area, allowing you to sit out and enjoy the views whilst the dinner is in the oven. Matching colonial style, wooden shutters can be found on both sets of windows.
