Lounge

The lounge of Serenity is a large comfortable room with seating for eight people on luxurious soft leather settees. It has a state of the art 40" LCD TV with home cinema to make the most of watching movies.  For further entertainment a Playstation II and a Nintendo Wii are provided. Guests will find a large selection of DVD's, Playstation II games and board games to make for a pleasurable stay. The lounge of Serenity has fabulous feature gas fire for cosy winter breaks,

The patio doors open to a beautiful garden and terrace where there a table and chairs for eight people on the terrace.  The garden is well established with delightful shrubs and borders.

Dining

The dining area of Serenity is adjacent to the kitchen and has a large oak dining table that sits six to eight people on high back quality chairs.  You can prepare your meal at home and enjoy the comfort of dining in your holiday home.

You are rather spoilt for choice with the number of quality restaurants nearby, it is a short walk to the famous Becks Fish restaurant and also La Casita and Atlantic Waves are on nearby St. Ives Road, some also offer a takeaway service. A short train ride to St Ives will provide an even greater choice of some of the best restaurants in West Cornwall, leave the car, book the table and be there in 10 minutes.

Kitchen The kitchen is a large open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and with high quality integral appliances. As well as all the kitchen essentials you would expect from a property of this quality, there are also some luxuries such as caffitiere, smoothie maker and a toastie maker and many more. There is a separate utility room off the garden which offers laundry facilities including ironing board and iron. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen providing a convivial atmosphere for a family meal. A highchair is provided for the younger guests. The large terrace patio table and chairs also offers the alternative place to dine.

Sleeping

Bedroom One with En-suite

The master bedroom of Serenity is very spacious room with high quality oak furniture that includes a King-size oak framed bed, the bed is dressed with Egyptian cotton bedding.  The master bedroom has a 32" LCD TV/DVD with digital TV. This bedroom has a large velux window and also an inward opening door, bringing in floods of light and the sea air. The master bedroom has wonderful views of the surrounding area and sea glimpses towards St Ives and boasts an en-suite wet room, which consists of WC, wash basin and power shower. All bed linen and towels are provided, in addition a travel cot is provided for younger visitors, we would ask that you please bring your own bed linen for the cot.

Bedroom Two

The second bedroom of Serenity is a large, light and airy room with high quality oak furniture that includes a double bed, Large wardrobe, bedside cabinets and bedside lamps, dressing table. There is 32" digital TV and DVD player provided. The velux windows have blackout blinds. The family bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom and across the spacious hall, the third and fourth bedrooms can be found.

Bedroom Three

The third bedroom of Serenity is another very large airy room  with double bed and benefits from wonderful views over the surrounding area. Fitted with high quality oak furniture and Egyptian cotton bedding there is a built in unit for extra storage space as well as free standing wardrobe and bedside cabinets. The velux windows have blackout blinds. For those early nights or lazy mornings watching TV in bed , there is a 32" Digital LCD TV/DVD player. The fourth bedroom is accessed through this bedroom.

Bedroom Four

The fourth bedroom of Serenity is a cosy attractive room with a single oak framed bed, bedside table and reading lamp and a console dressing table with mirror. This room has a Velux window to allow the wonderful sea air to breeze through the room, this is fitted with black out blinds. The fourth bedroom of Serenity is accessed through the third bedroom, both of which are across the spacious hall from the other two bedrooms. The velux window has blackout blinds.

Bathrooms

Bathroom One

The upstairs family bathroom is a large room consisting of a full sized bath, large sink, WC, power shower, mirror and shaver point. Fitted and tiled to highest quality, this bathroom is a lovely place to have a relaxing bath after a long day of seeing the sights, walking the coast and surfing the waves. Bath sheet, bath towel and hand towel are provided per person.

Bathroom Two

The en-suite wet room is upstairs adjacent to the master bedroom and has a WC, wash basin and power shower. There is a downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash basin.

Outside

One of the features of Serenity is the large rear garden, facing south and east, it is the perfect spot for private sun-bathing.  Alternatively it provides the perfect place for relaxing on the terrace where a table and eight chairs are provided with a useful parasol.  A charcoal BBQ provides the opportunity for al-fresco dining.

The rest of this delightful enclosed garden is well established with shrubs to borders and a pathway throughout.  There is gated access to the garden and terrace directly from the front driveway.  In addition, patio doors open out from the lounge.  A further access is available via the utility room.

Parking for two cars is available on the driveway.
