Living Area
Lounge Area
The first floor of White Water is a large open plan lounge/kitchen and dining area, with breathtaking views across St Ives Bay. The lounge has a huge 4/5 seat L shape sofa, 32" Panasonic LCD TV, Sky+ (the built in receiver has a hard drive enabling you to record), Movies and sports, DVD/CD player, Nintendo Wii. Large patio doors open onto an impressive stainless steel and glass balcony, where you can either enjoy the sun rise over Godrevy or watch the ever changing colours of the sea in the bay.
There is a Welcome Book packed with information about St. Ives and the varied attractions of the surrounding area. You will also find maps, walks, pub and restaurant guides. A selection of games are provided. Satellite TV comes with a comprehensive package of Sports and Films (not pay to view or interactive), along with SKY+ facilities.
Dining Area
White Water is furnished in a contemporary style, the Dining area comfortably seats 6 for you to enjoy breakfast or dinner in full view of St Ives Bay. Open up the patio doors and step out onto the balcony, enjoy the breeze and take in the dramatic views across the valley to Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond.
You are spoilt for choice with the number of quality restaurants nearby, some do offer a takeaway service alternatively, you can prepare your meal at home and enjoy comfort of the house. On warmer days of course you may choose to dine "al fresco".

The kitchen of White Water is very modern with high gloss white finish and granite work surfaces. Fitted with Bosch induction hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine.
Everything you'll need is provided in a quality kitchen with the amazing views, a great setting for cooking and entertaining while enjoying your holiday.

Bedroom One
The master bedroom of White Water is a large room with sea views, double bed, bedside tables, reading light and plenty of storage space. All windows are fitted with blackout blinds behind curtains to ensure a good nights sleep even when the sun rises early in summer. Patio doors open directly onto a decked area adjoining the garden. Here, you have a complete view of the beach across St. Ives Bay from Hayle to Godrevy Lighthouse. There are a table and chairs provided.
Bedroom Two
The second bedroom of White Water has a double bed, bedside table, bedside light and plenty of storage space, the patio doors (fitted with blackout blinds) open directly onto a decked area with stunning views across St Ives Bay. From the second bedroom you have a complete view of the beach across St. Ives Bay from Hayle to Godrevy Lighthouse.
Bathrooms
The quality fittings in the bathroom of White Water compliment the simple minimalist design. Heated towel rail, feature power shower/bath with curved glass screen, toilet and wash basin. Relax and soak away those aching back muscles - sand castling and cliff walking seem to be so tiring on holiday - maybe it is the Cornish air. We provide a hand towel, bath towel and a bath sheet per person but please bring your own beach towels. Complimentary toiletries are provided.
Outside
Decked Balcony
To the rear of White Water is a large decked area overlooking the bay. This can be accessed via the garden, through a gate to the side of the house or by simply opening the French doors from either of the bedrooms. Sun-loungers and a table and four chairs are provided for you to enjoy a breakfast and dinner "al fresco" and take in the view.
Garden
To the front and side of the property there is a small area with slate chippings along with a paved area in which to enjoy a BBQ (not provided) in the warm summer evenings.
