Living Area

The living area at Sun Dancers is a spacious and tranquil open plan room with double aspect windows looking out to the paved garden area which adds to the light atmosphere.  There is a contemporary feel with a superb collection of modern art, solid oak flooring which can be found throughout the property and a comfortable white leather sofa, arm chair and foot stall.  Sit back and relax with a selection of mood lighting options to create the perfect ambience.  A 32” Samsung LCD Freeview television is provided for your entertainment, along with an iPod docking station and a DVD/CD player with a selection of DVDs and CDs to enjoy.  

Dining Area

Dine in style at Sun Dancers within the bright and airy conservatory.  A large glass dining table with six white leather chairs are provided, perfect for if you intend to have guests over to dine.  Allow the fresh Cornish air to stream in through the triple patio doors, tilting windows and remote control sky lights, with venetian blinds provided for your privacy.  A bistro set is also provided on the sun trap patio, perfect for enjoying alfresco meals.

Should you wish to taste the delights of the fresh local cuisine, then St Ives is the perfect location with its tremendous selection of restaurants.  The award winning Porthminster Beach Cafe is one of our favourites!  If you are planning a romantic day out, why not pop down to The Allotment Deli on Fore Street, St Ives and select lots of yummy treats to fill the wicker picnic hamper which can be found in the property? 

The super sleek kitchen is ideally positioned within the open plan living area, with its white gloss units which provide ample storage and sparkling black granite work tops.  A Neff combinational oven, microwave and ceramic hob are provided along with integrated fridge, freezer, extractor hood, washer/dryer and dishwasher.  There is a breakfast bar with a bar stall, great for sitting and watching the designated chef hard at work or for grabbing a quick bite to eat.  A great selection of utensils are available, along with a coffee machine, food blender and fabulous wicker picnic hamper, perfect for romantic days out together.

Bedroom One

Imagine sitting in your beautifully dressed, comfortable king size bed, taking in the fresh air from the double French doors which open out onto the patio area.  If this is how you envisage spending your Cornish getaway, then Sun Dancers is for you.  Located off the main hallway, the master bedroom has a boutique feel about it with its vintage dressing table and mirror and its cream and buttercup soft furnishings.  Ample hanging, shoe racking and shelf space is provided within the built-in wardrobes, there is a full length mirror and a dressing gown is provided for each guest. 

Fresh white cotton bed linen, hypo allergenic bedding, hair dryer and ample white towels are provided, except beach towels which are unfortunately not available.

The modern bathroom is located off the main hallway next to the master bedroom.  Fully tiled with floor and wall ceramics and boasting a white Villeroy & Boch suite, consisting of a bath with overhead power shower and glass screen, wash basin and WC.  A large mirror is mounted above the sink as well as a shaver socket and vanity light.  There is also a large heated chrome towel rail and a mirrored storage unit.

A white bath sheet, bath towel and hand towel are provided for each guest, together with complimentary White Company toiletries.

This apartment is located on the ground floor and can be accessed via a communal front door with intercom security system or via Sun Dancers conservatory doors.

Large Paved Garden Area

The large paved garden area at Sun Dancers enjoys the sun throughout the day, making it a wonderful sun trap.  Exotic planting borders the paved area adding to the seaside holiday feel that this property exudes.  A bistro set consisting of a table and two chairs is provided, perfect for sitting out and enjoying an alfresco meal or pre-dinner drinks.  Sun chairs can also be found, ideal for relaxing in the sun with a cool drink and holiday book. 

Parking

One allocated parking space is provided on the private paved driveway, with additional road parking close by. 

Carbis Bay

The coastal railway links St Ives to Penzance and is perhaps one of the most scenic rail journeys in the UK.  The rail journey from Carbis Bay to St Ives takes about 4 minutes. It also connects to St Erth and Penzance to mainline UK stations including Paddington, London.
