Bedroom One with En-suite

The master bedroom of Tereba Nessa is on the first floor of this luxury duplex apartment, with a king-size bed, bedside cabinets, matching wardrobes and dressing table. This spacious room has double doors opening onto the balcony which is shared with the living room. There is an LCD TV with DVD player and a hairdryer is also provided. The master bedroom has a luxury whirlpool bath in its en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom Two

This spacious room has two single beds, matching wardrobes, bedside cabinets and drawers so you will not be short of storage space. The family bathroom is located between this and the third bedroom.  There is an LCD TV with DVD player in the second bedroom of Tereba Nessa and a hairdryer is also provided.

Bedroom Three

The third bedroom is also on the second floor of this stunning apartment.  This room has a super-king sized bed with a luxury pocket sprung mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and and LCD colour TV.  A hairdryer is also provided.  The bathroom is adjacent to the third bedroom.

As Tereba Nessa is child friendly, a travel cot and booster seat are also provided for smaller guests, please bring your own bedding for the travel cot. 

Bathroom One

The family bathroom of Tereba Nessa is located between the second and third bedrooms and is beautifully appointed with a quality walk-in shower, WC and wash basin. The fittings are ultra-modern fittings throughout There is a heated towel rail and complimentary toiletries are provided.

Bathroom Two

The en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom of Tereba Nessa  is a modern fully tiled room with WC, wash basin and whirlpool bath. There is a chrome heated towel rail to keep those fluffy towels warm. At the end of a long day on the beach or a walk along the coast paths, this will be the place to freshen up and prepare yourself for a relaxing evening. Complimentary White Company toiletries are provided.

All bed linen and towels are provided including a bath sheet, bath towel, hand towel per person. Please bring you own beach towels.

Tereba Nessa has a tiled balcony with access from either the lounge and master bedroom, the glass surround ensures that you can enjoy the views across St. Ives Bay whilst dining "al fresco" or simply relaxing with a glass of wine.  There are two bistro tables and 4 chairs provided for guests for that relaxing holiday in Cornwall.

In addition to the balcony, Tereba Nessa also benefits from a large sun terrace to the side and rear of the property. This terrace has a summer house containing sun loungers and patio chairs for the table. There is also a large glass table and a barbecue.

Although completely safe for children, we do recommend that they are accompanied on the balcony and terrace at all times.

There is allocated parking outside the apartment, this is a well designed common area which is predominantly paved but has a number of planters with established shrubs.

Lounge Area

Tereba Nessa has a large open plan living area contemporary radiators and stunning views across St Ives Bay. The carpeted lounge has flexible seating for six people on two leather settees and a leather armchair.  A 32" LCD HDTV with Freeview is provided with DVD player, XBox 360 and surround sound.

The outstanding feature of Tereba Nessa is the space, the lounge has been carefully planned to maximise the superb views across The Bay, you will never tire of watching the ever changing colours. The lounge has glazed doors opening to a slate tiled balcony with seating for 4 people. There is an allocated parking place outside the apartment of this luxury holiday home near St. Ives Cornwall.

Dining Area

Tereba Nessa has an open plan living area with the dining area off to one side of this generous space.  The dining area has a modern oak table with six chairs.  On warmer days of course you may choose to dine "al fresco" on the superb balcony.

Tereba Nessa has a "Welcome Book" packed with information about St Ives, Cornwall and its varied attractions You will also find O.S. maps, walks, pub and restaurant guides, as well as a selection of games, books, and DVDs.  You are rather spoilt for choice with the number of quality restaurants nearby, some do offer a take-away service alternatively, you can prepare your meal at home and enjoy comfort of Tereba Nessa.

Tereba Nessa has a stylish designer kitchen with granite worktops throughout, built in appliances cooker, hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, also microwave.  A self catering apartment at its best.

The kitchen of Tereba Nessa has all the gadgets you would expect in an apartment of this quality.  There is a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, ice bucket and quality glassware including champagne glasses to celebrate those special occasions. The separate utility room houses a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience. 

Carbis Bay

With its golden sands and turquoise sea, Carbis Bay is recognised as one of the most beautiful bays in the world.  It is often selected as the perfect base for those wanting to relax and get away from it all but have the convenience of being just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of St. Ives.  With its Blue Flag accredited beach, Carbis Bay is a popular choice for a luxury self-catering holiday with many of our special escapes boasting dramatic sea views. The coastal railway links St Ives to Penzance and is perhaps one of the most scenic rail journeys in the UK.  The rail journey from Carbis Bay to St Ives takes about 4 minutes. It also connects to St Erth and Penzance to mainline UK stations including Paddington, London.
