Our guests can be assured of a first class service when staying in one of our beautiful coastal properties. Take a look below at the special benefits you can enjoy:
- Guests are met at their holiday property by a representative of Carbis Bay Holidays during social hours. Outside of these times, keys can be collected from a secure key safe at our office located on St Ives Road.
- Your property will have been prepared for your arrival, all beds are made with freshly laundered linen and a set of towels are provided for each guest. Family friendly properties provide travel cots and highchairs or booster seats.
- Complimentary White Company toiletries are also set out in each bathroom.
- Guests can use and take home a jute bag and bucket and spade, ideal for trips to the beach.
- Your chosen accommodation will have a St Ives Welcome Guide as well a Property Quick Start Guide to help you get acquainted with the fixtures and fittings. You can be assured that all legislative requirements are in place for the accommodation.
- During your stay, your appointed housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day should you have any problems. Our friendly staff in the office on St Ives Road are also on hand.
- Should you require the services of a babysitter during your stay, we can recommend two local childminder services which are NNEB certified and OFSTED registered (charge applies). Please contact the office for further information.

Eden Project
A 10% discount is available off Eden Project attraction tickets. Eden tickets can be open dated, giving you the flexibility on when you would like to visit this World famous attraction. By purchasing your tickets before arriving at the attraction, it allows you the queue jump by using the pre-paid till.
St Ives Surf School
Carbis Bay Holidays guests can receive a 20% discount off surf lessons at St Ives Surf School. St Ives Surf School is located on Porthmeor beach and provide surf lessons, watersports lessons and surf hire.
West Cornwall Golf Club
We have teamed up with West Cornwall Golf Club to offer our guests a discounted green fee of £30.00, simply show your property key ring at the golf club reception desk upon arrival to gain the discount.
Normal green fees are:
Weekdays - £37.00
Weekends - £42.00
Cornwall Soap Box
A 10% discount is available off all soaps, candles and skincare products at The Cornwall Soap Box shop in St Ives.
Olina Jay Hair Styling Studio
A 10% discount on all services and products is available at Olin Jay Styling Studio on Tregenna hill, St Ives.
