During school summer holidays, Palm Court is only available to book as one house with two self contained apartments. Outside of this period, (18/07/09 - 22/08/09), parties of up to 4 plus infant may book just the first floor apartment at a 35% discount from the listed price. PALM COURT is a newly refurbished farmhouse on St Ives Road converted to two modern apartments. Each apartment benefits from outside space and sleeps four plus infant. The property is let as a whole and is ideally suited to two families or a large group and is conveniently positioned for short walks or bus trip to St Ives. Superb sea views from the lounge master bedroom of each apartment. The ground floor apartment of PALM COURT has open plan living accommodation, a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom. A table and chairs are provided in an enclosed rear garden. The upstairs apartment has a similar layour with open plan living accommodation, a double and twin bedroom and separate bathroom. Sunny rear garden and patio with table and chairs hammock and barbecue.
