The kitchen also has a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker along with all that you would need and expect from a house of this calibre. There won’t be any arguments about washing up, just enjoy the views across St Ives Bay.

BIRDSONG has a large utility room with IKEA fitted kitchen units, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, plus a great selection of garden games, beach toys and sun loungers also an indoor drying area. This room houses the boiler for the heating/cooling and water and a pin board with useful information on. From the utilty room leads a garden room full of garden tools and the electricity meter.The outside drying area is immediately outside these 2 rooms.
