Late Availability : A holiday can be arranged at very short notice, we can send directions and inventory by email and arrange for you to be met by our housekeeper to hand over keys. If you have checked availability, make sure you have read our Conditions and then complete the Booking Form ensuring that you advise us of your phone number. We will then either phone or email you and confirm availability. Discounts from published prices may be offered for bookings received at short notice for late availability holidays  have a look at our Special Offfers page and then email us .

Short Breaks : Holidays in Carbis Bay are extremely popular in peak season - short breaks are not offered. We offer short breaks in October, November, December, January and February (excluding peak weeks shown in red on the availability pages) but will consider all late notice requests.  Short breaks to be taken between 3.00pm and 10.00am on changeover days unless we have availability in the preceeding week. A 3 night break is charged at 60% of the weekly rental, a 4 night break is charged at 70% of the weekly rental, a 5 night break is charged at 80% of the weekly rental, a 6 night break is charged at 90% of the weekly rental. The weekly rentals are shown against each of the accommodation availability pages.

Long Breaks : If you would like to consider a long stay break, then we can offer special rate for periods of 4 weeks or more. Some of our properties offer free wireless broadband so make an ideal office. These breaks are available between October and March (excluding peak weeks). Email us for rates

Special Breaks: Carbis Bay Holidays offer luxury accommodation in a very romantic location so, why not treat your partner to a Valentines Day surprise . Mothers Day and Fathers Day are the time of the year for children to thank their parents so why not thank them with a leisurel break. In November around Guy Fawkes night, you can share in the many firework displays in the area. Christmas and New Year are of course a special time and you can join the celebrations.
