St Ives is a world famous art centre with many art galleries and studios, exhibiting work from local artists, the following are a selection but you will find many more hidden away in the streets of St Ives.

New Millenium Gallery

The Gallery is unique in the context of St Ives in that it is the only private space that is large enough to put on major one-person shows. The gallery is a product of twenty years of collecting which has led to a love of highly abstract and innovative contemporary art work.

St Ives Tate Gallery

The world renowned Tate Gallery is found in front of Porthmeor beach,  the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden at Barnoon Hill can be found on this website. Open from March until October.

Belgrave Gallery

The gallery concentrates on Twentieth Century British Artists, Post-war abstract - artists associated with the St Ives Modern Movement, and Contemporary Artists working in a wide range of approaches and media.

Cornerstone Gallery

As well as showing work by established artists, we have gained a reputation among collectors for seeking out exceptional up-and-coming artists. Our program includes both mixed exhibitions and solo shows in the main exhibition space.

St Ives Ceramics

Owned by potter John Bedding, former apprentice and then assistant of Bernard Leach for almost 10 years, is considered one of the principal galleries in the South West - and beyond. It brings together high quality ceramics, both for domestic usage and art collection and enables visitors to view works by local potters as well as leading potters of international status, past and present.

Printmakers Gallery

Work created in St Ives Print Workshop and to give a flavour of the work currently on exhibition in our gallery.
