The Patio decking on VIRIDIAN extends across the whole of the frontage of the apartment so that you can step out of the patio doors from either the lounge or master bedroom. With table and four chairs you can enjoy dining "al fresco" overlooking the beautiful St Ives bay. Part of the patio decking is sheltered so that you can even enjoy the outside views when the weather is inclement. VIRIDIAN also offers free Wireless Broadband, bring your laptop - we provide the key code.

You may be lucky and see the seals or dolphins that regularly visit Carbis Bay beach, but we guarantee that whatever the time of the year, you will enjoy the view across to St Ives or to Godrevy Lighthouse and the North Cornwall coastline. The landscaped garden is provided for the benefit of all the apartments and is only for use by the rabbits and birds. One car parking space is allocated within the electronic security gates, for additional spaces within the gates, the management company charge per week is £45.
