RNLI Lifeboat Day, St Ives Have a great day out b the harbour area and long West Pier by supporting one of the great institutions in the country and in an area where it means so much. Newlyn Fish Festival A celebration of this major port's importance in terms of the fishing industry. The fish market is filled with stalls, cooker demonstrations, exhibitions and displas relating to fishing heritage. Helston Harvest Fair   Two days of events including carnival on Sat. Starts on Sat (3) with Fun Day at 12.00 (noon), Horticultural Show in Coronation Park, starts at 14.00.
