You need not be alone in the kitchen, as there is an adjacent, delightful breakfast room with table and chairs and sea views. You can sit here and keep an eye on the kids whilst preparing the meal. From the breakfast room at the front of the property, there is a small patio where you can sit out for morning coffee and enjoy the Cornish sun, there is a lawned area off the block paved patio and, in addition a larger lawned area to the front of the house. Parking is provided in the driveway for 3 cars.
