Sheerwater has a spacious lounge that comfortably seats 6 people with plush modern settees and natural oak floors, where you can enjoy the 42" digital Pioneer LCD Freeview TV with DVD player.
Dining Room
Sheerwater has a separate dining area off the lounge which enjoys some lovely estuary views. If you are not tempted by the wide choice of quality restaurants in the Carbis Bay and Hayle area and the premier resort of St Ives then, with table and chairs for 6 people, you can dine at home in style. The dining room also leads into the conservatory with breath taking views over the estuary along with comfortable seating for 4 people. There are a number of good restaurants and pubs in the area or, within 5 minutes by coastal train you could be enjoying dinner in one of St Ives' many restaurants. A take-away service is provided by a number of nearby restaurants including Indian, Cantonese, Chinese or Pizza. Hayle is a short walk away with a wide choice of pubs and restuarants.

Kitchen
The kitchen at Sheerwater is fully fitted in light oak, and black granite worktops. Built in oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. This spacious modern kitchen is accessed from the entrance hall and dining room. It has all the gadgets you would expect in a property of this quality including coffee machine, microwave, toaster, even a champagne bucket and glasses for that special occasion. All areas tiled in natural travertine stone flooring.
You need not be alone in this spacious breakfast kitchen, there is a table and four chairs so chef can prepare the meal in the company of other guests, or keep an eye on the kids.

Bedroom One with En-suite
The master en-suite bedroom is on the first floor of Sheerwater benefiting from superb views over the estuary and beyond. With a double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables with reading lamps and chest of drawers, there is plenty of storage. An LCD TV with Freeview and hair dryer are provided. This room, which is carpeted, also has its own en suite bathroom with power shower, sink and WC.
Bedroom Two
The second bedroom, is on the first floor has a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and reading lights. An LCD TV with Freeview and a hairdryer are provided. this room is carpeted.
Bedroom Three
The third bedroom of Sheerwater is on the first floor and has a zip and link beds, bedside table and chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. As standard the beds are singles, if you require this as a double room please select the 'zip and link' option when booking.

The wetroom can be found at the rear of the property off the utility room comprising walk in power shower, heated towel rail , WC and wash basin and underfloor heating.

Located off the first floor hallway the family bathroom has WC, wash basin bath with overhead shower along wtih a heated towel rail

En-suite to Master bedroom, this bathroom has a WC, wash basin and power shower.

Garden
The rear garden of Sheerwater is lawned with glorious views over Hayle Estuary which is located just behind cornish granite Hedging. The South West Costal Path runs alongside the Estuary.
Patio
Just outside the conservatory there is a patio area benefitting from table and chairs with parasol, a barbecue and plenty of extra seating.
Front Driveway
The driveway to the front of Sheerwater has room for three cars.

Sheerwater is positioned on the edge of Hayle Estuary enjoying stunning views. The South West Coastal Path runs in front of the property, the historic port of Hayle with supermarket, shops and restaurants is about 10 minutes walk away and the delightful village of Lelant is about 15 minutes away. The St Ives Bay railway linking St Erth to St Ives has two junctions less than 15 minutes away.
