Living Room

This spacious room boasts a wonderful sense of space and light.  The harmony of stylish furnishings and fabrics cleverly integrate with contemporary charm to create a warm and inviting ambience that provides a superb backdrop to a holiday in Cornwall.

Amenities provided extend from a wall mounted LCD television with, DVD player and Sky, a Nintendo Wii and iPod dock.  The sound system in the lounge even links to the speakers in the Dining Hall!  More traditional forms of entertainment are also provided with a selection of books, board games and DVD's.

A Welcome Manual in the apartment provides a wealth of information about St. Ives and West Cornwall all really accessible due to the transport links available within a stones throw of this super apartment.

Dining Hall

Light floods into this room through a wide archway and a window boasting a stunning stained-glass Cornish engine house and coastal scene motif. 

The large dining table rests on seasoned oak floorboards and comfortably accommodates up to six guests.  Doors lead off to either the living room or through a wide archway to the kitchen and breakfast room.

This is a beautiful space incorporates a breakfast area and is comprehensively fitted with light beech effect units and chunky granite effect work tops.  Appliances comprise a Neff dishwasher, Rangemaster Toledo five burner range cooker, Neff washer/dryer and a fridge and separate freezer.

Among the other items one is used to having at home, guests' will also find a coffee machine, bread maker, toaster and kettle on the gleaming work surfaces.

Bedroom One with En-Suite

A characterful room with LCD television with Freeview, window seat and a lavish king size bed and bed side tables.  Guests will be delighted to walk in wardrobe and dressing area with built in storage and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom Two with En-Suite

With twin beds, this superb room is fitted and furnished in a similar contemporary style and also boasts an LCD television with Freeview.  A built in double wardrobe and dressing area with table and three drawers provide guests with ample storage for their stay, whether a short break or longer duration.

A hair dryer is provided in both rooms, along with crisp white bed linen which dresses the beds beautifully.

Bathroom One

Fully tiled in an attractive light stone-effect to both floor and walls, this en-suite bathroom comprises a large corner bath with overhead shower along with a twin sink, WC and towel rail.

Bathroom Two

En-suite to bedroom two, this shower room is a beautifully fitted room with fully tiled limestone-effect walls and floor.  There is a wash basin, WC and heated towel rail and the shower cubicle boasts a luxurious body-jet shower.

A selection of towels are provided for each and every guest.

There are areas of communal garden surrounding the property, although with the beach and beautiful walks only minutes away, there will always be a private spot to be found.

One allocated parking space is located outside the apartment, however a car is not essential here as the proximity of the southwest coastal path and the scenic railway line, mean that guests can access St. Ives and Penzance with ease.  There is also a park and ride facility for St. Ives located at Lelant Saltings, just five minutes drive by car.
