Lounge
The spacious lounge has two sofas, 40” LCD TV including SKY Sports with full package, a DVD and CD player. There is also a Bose Ipod dock.
The patio doors open to a decked area, at ground level you have a feeling of sharing the communal gardens. From the sheltered decking you can watch the kids on the beach, enjoy the dramatic views across St. Ives Bay and the sunset over St. Ives.
There is a welcome book packed with information about St Ives and the varied attractions of St Ives. You will also find O.S. maps, walks, pub and restaurant guides, as well as a selection of games, books, videos and DVDs. Dining
The dining area of Azure apartment comfortably seats 4 people. After preparing a meal in the fully fitted kitchen, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner whilst listening to the surf and watching the ever changing colours of the sea at Carbis Bay.
There are a number of good restaurants and pubs in Carbis Bay or, within 5 minutes by train, you could be enjoying dinner in one of St Ives' many restaurants. A take-away service is provided by a number of nearby restaurants including Indian, Cantonese, Chinese or Pizza.
The kitchen of Azure has superb sea views through the lounge patio doors. It is fully fitted with an American fridge/freezer with ice maker and water dispenser. There is a NEFF cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and everything else you would expect from an apartment of this quality.
Bedroom One
Bedroom one has a king size bed with oversized duvets and benefits from spectacular views. It is a pleasure to fall asleep to the sound of the sea and a view of Carbis Bay beach. There is plenty of storage space with a bespoke, spacious wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers. There is also a 32" LCD TV with Freeview to entertain you.
Bedroom Two
This quiet room has the option of a blackout blind and will ensure that you sleep well after those long walks on the beach and cliff paths. There are twin beds with oversized duvet covers, large mirrored wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a bedside table. There is also a 19" LCD TV with Freeview and a DVD player.
Bathroom One
The main bathroom is conveniently placed off the hallway, near to bedroom two. It benefits from an enclosed shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Bathroom Two
The en-suite to the master bedroom has twin wash basins, WC, bidet, heated towel rail and the ultimate in bathroom luxury - a spa bath together with an overhead power shower.
The decked area at Azure extends across the whole of the frontage of the apartment so that you can step out of the patio doors from either the lounge or master bedroom. With a table and four chairs you can enjoy dining “al fresco” overlooking the beautiful St Ives bay.
Whatever the time of the year, you will enjoy the view across the beautiful landscaped gardens to St Ives or Godrevy Lighthouse. You may also be lucky and see the seals or dolphins that regularly visit Carbis Bay beach.
Carbis Beach
Carbis Beach apartments are located in a commanding position directly above Carbis Bay beach near St. Ives in Cornwall. These premier family friendly apartments are the ultimate in self-catering luxury. Each is centrally heated and furnished to the highest standard to provide year round enjoyment. Some of these 5 star graded apartments are more accessible than others as they can be reached either by stairs, lift or directly from the private gated car park. Once you have unpacked, drink in the views and walk through the landscaped gardens using the private pathway down to the beach.
The accommodation consists of a large lounge/dining room, separate kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite, a second bedroom with twin beds and a family bathroom. The lounge and master bedroom both have uninterrupted views of Carbis Bay beach and across to St. Ives. There is an allocated parking space behind secure gates and additional parking can be arranged on request.

"The location of Azure is superb with great views over Carbis Bay beach, it's a fantastic setting to wake up to in the morning. It was great having two separate bathroom areas which were modern and clean. The apartment is very well equipped, clean, and has everything you need to make it a home from home. We visited St Michael's Mount for a second time which is a must for visitors to the area. We also visited Falmouth and took the ferry across to St Mawes which is a very picturesque village. Always nice to browse around St Ives as there are so many nice shops and galleries to look at. In terms of evening entertainment, we catered for ourselves in the apartment most nights given that it was very comfortable. "

"We had such a lovely week in Carbis Bay, the apartment, the location and the weather were fantastic. Azure was great, the boys had fun watching the children’s channels on Sky. We didnt travel very far, went to Penzance for a boat trip to see seals but saw more at Godrevy Cove. We loved the Casita restaurant in Carbis Bay but also ate in Peppers and the Porthminster cafe. We spent alot of time in the apartment, on the beach and in st Ives. I have never been to Cornwall before and will definitely be back."

The views, the location, the apartment and the weather combined to make a wonderful break. We went walking a few times and the walk between Carbis Bay and St. Ives is fabulous. Also, we went to Lands End but parked the car in Sennen Cove. The walk to Lands End is about a mile and what views! Then we drove back via St. Just to St. Ives. In fact the only complaint we have is that the week went too quickly! "
