It is often selected as the perfect base for those wanting to relax and getaway from it all but with the convenience of being just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of St. Ives. With its Blue Flag accredited beach, Carbis Bay is a popular choice for a luxury self-catering holiday with many of our special escapes boasting dramatic sea views. "We thought Sandpiper was a lovely apartment , the apartment was very clean and tidy. Walk the coastal path to Lelant, have lunch at the Badger and then walk back – an excellent day out. Catch the 300 bus from the top of Boskerris Road to Sennen Cove – the journey through Zennor and St Just is wonderful and you see more from the bus than you can from a car. Sennen Cove is beautiful and is much more interesting than Lands End."
C. Dart"We had a very relaxing holiday at your lovely apartment the weather was rain and gales but wonderful and with the views and comfort of Sandpiper we were very content. We did have some great walks on the beaches and the coastal walks even in the rain, Thank you for a great holiday experience"
C. Morey"We were very impressed with everything about Sandpiper and cannot fault it in any way. It's been many years since we visited the area and were not disapointed with our return. The walk to St.Ives is beautiful along with Porthminster beach. We were also blessed with beautiful weather to enhance the break even more.........it's a pity we didn't book the week but intend to do so next year."
R. Stewart."We had a fantastic time in Carbis Bay! The Sandpiper apartment was immaculate with everything you could possibly need. We loved the walk into St Ives and back which we did several times. We also walked the other way on the coast path to the next bay and back round on the beach at low tide."
S. Rundle"We had lovely stay in Carbis Bay , Sandpiper was perfect, well equipped and all the facility was perfect. We appreciated the warm welcome from the housekeeper. We had great dinner at Alba Restaurant, nice was also the launch at Porthminster Beach Cafe."
E. Petrino"The standard of everything in Sandpiper was first class, a true home from home – perhaps even better! The conservatory is a real highlight for us. Over all we would recommend the Sandpiper and Carbis Bay holidays to anyone looking for a luxury apartment set in a beautiful location."

N Kind"The apartment is very comfortable with every convenience. But what is special is having the conservatory for those bad weather days, where you can sit inside, warm and cosy, and look at the amazing view. Being so near the beach and station means you do not have to use the car."
D. Spingall, Wiltshire"The holiday was fantastic the accommodation was perfect and the service from Carbis Bay holidays was very efficient. An excellent holiday and can't think of anything that could make it better. We especially liked the tray of goodies (clotted cream and scones etc) that were provided - excellent :)"
J. Metcalfe, West Midlands"We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and found the accommodation (Sandpiper) excellent; in particular the terrace and conservatory gave a wonderful sense of space and of course provided spectacular views of the bay (no dolphins!). The apartment was equipped to a high standard and everything was clean and in full working order."
S. Daniels, CardiffAs usual the administration/organisation from Carbis Bay Holidays was excellent - one of the reasons we keep coming back to you. The Sandpiper property is also excellent. The facilities offered and the cleanliness is always beyond our expectations. It's the second time we've stayed there and it seems to get better every time!
