The carpeted lounge has flexible seating for six people on two leather settees and a leather armchair. A 32" LCD HDTV with Freeview is provided with DVD player, Playstation and surround sound.
The outstanding feature of Tereba Nessa is the space, the lounge has been carefully planned to maximise the superb views across The Bay, you will never tire of watching the ever changing colours. The lounge has glazed doors opening to a slate tiled balcony with seating for 4 people. There is an allocated parking place outside the apartment of this luxury holiday home near St. Ives Cornwall.
Dining Area
Tereba Nessa has an open plan living area with the dining area off to one side of this generous space. The dining area has a modern oak table with six chairs. On warmer days of course you may choose to dine "al fresco" on the superb balcony.
Tereba Nessa has a "Welcome Book" packed with information about St Ives, Cornwall and its varied attractions You will also find O.S. maps, walks, pub and restaurant guides, as well as a selection of games, books, and DVDs. You are rather spoilt for choice with the number of quality restaurants nearby, some do offer a take-away service alternatively, you can prepare your meal at home and enjoy comfort of Tereba Nessa.
Tereba Nessa has a stylish designer kitchen with granite worktops throughout, built in appliances cooker, hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, also microwave. A self catering apartment at its best.
The kitchen of Tereba Nessa has all the gadgets you would expect in an apartment of this quality. There is a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, ice bucket and quality glassware including champagne glasses to celebrate those special occasions. The separate utility room houses a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience.
Bedroom One with En-suite
The master bedroom of Tereba Nessa is on the first floor of this luxury duplex apartment, with a king-size bed, bedside cabinets, matching wardrobes and dressing table. This spacious room has double doors opening onto the balcony which is shared with the living room. There is an LCD TV with DVD player and a hairdryer is also provided. The master bedroom has a luxury whirlpool bath in its en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom Two
This spacious room has two single beds, matching wardrobes, bedside cabinets and drawers so you will not be short of storage space. The family bathroom is located between this and the third bedroom. There is an LCD TV with DVD player in the second bedroom of Tereba Nessa and a hairdryer is also provided.
Bedroom Three
The third bedroom is also on the second floor of this stunning apartment. This room has a super-king sized bed with a luxury pocket sprung mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and and LCD colour TV. A hairdryer is also provided. The bathroom is adjacent to the third bedroom.
As Tereba Nessa is child friendly, a travel cot and booster seat are also provided for smaller guests, please bring your own bedding for the travel cot.
Bathroom One
The family bathroom of Tereba Nessa is located between the second and third bedrooms and is beautifully appointed with a quality walk-in shower, WC and wash basin. The fittings are ultra-modern fittings throughout There is a heated towel rail and complimentary toiletries are provided.
Bathroom Two
The en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom of Tereba Nessa is a modern fully tiled room with WC, wash basin and whirlpool bath. There is a chrome heated towel rail to keep those fluffy towels warm. At the end of a long day on the beach or a walk along the coast paths, this will be the place to freshen up and prepare yourself for a relaxing evening. Complimentary White Company toiletries are provided.
All bed linen and towels are provided including a bath sheet, bath towel, hand towel per person. Please bring you own beach towels.
Tereba Nessa has a tiled balcony with access from either the lounge and master bedroom, the glass surround ensures that you can enjoy the views across St. Ives Bay whilst dining "al fresco" or simply relaxing with a glass of wine. There are two bistro tables and 4 chairs provided for guests for that relaxing holiday in Cornwall.
In addition to the balcony, Tereba Nessa also benefits from a large sun terrace to the side and rear of the property. This terrace has a summer house containing sun loungers and patio chairs for the table. There is also a large glass table and a barbecue.
Although completely safe for children, we do recommend that they are accompanied on the balcony and terrace at all times.
There is allocated parking outside the apartment, this is a well designed common area which is predominantly paved but has a number of planters with established shrubs.
The Spinnakers
The Spinnakers is a quality development of eight luxury apartments on Valley Road on the seaward side of Carbis Bay. These two and three bedroom apartments have an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area together with a master bedroom with en-suite and two further bedrooms with a family bathroom. The apartments also have either balconies or decked patios with stunning sea views across St. Ives Bay. Allocated parking provided outside the apartments.
Furnished to a very high standard, the quality of these apartments will attract the discerning visitor to Cornwall, ideally located to enjoy the stunning views across the Bay and the perfect base to explore this wonderful area of Cornwall. Tescos supermarket is nearby and St. Ives is a 25 minute walk away. There is a delightful walk to the beach through the Carbis Bay Valley. L. HassanWe had a lovely time at Tereba Nessa. It is in an excellent location and we did the walk to St Ives several times. The apartment is very well equipped with an excellent standard of cleanliness. We cannot think of anything overlooked nor how it may be improved. We enjoyed eating at Alba and Porthminster cafe. The Seafood cafe was also good, of course, eating in is not a problem with such a well equipped kitchen. The road west to Zennor and Pendeen is a very pleasanrt drive with some good walking, but we only scratched the surface and would like to explore that area more when we return.

We loved the layout as no one got stuck in the kitchen missing the conversation while making the dinner. We think that Alba is the best restaurant in St Ives, the food is great and the service so friendly. I find your site extremely easy to use and after staying in a different apartment last year I am confident that the standard of Carbis Bay Holiday property will be of the highest standard. J.GarwoodThis was our third Easter running with Carbis Bay Holidays, Tereba Nessa was spotlessly clean and the housekeeper was there to met us when we arrived. For evenings out; the Porthgwidden Cafe and Blas Burgerworks on the edge of the harbour are both brilliant restaurants. We even worked out the buses into and out of St Ives in an evening meaning we could leave the car and enjoy a bottle of wine. The walk into St Ives with the views from the coastal path is about as pleasant a short stroll as there could ever be. Same time next year please.
