Dining area

The dining area is furnished with a glass table with six designer chairs.  Perfect for a sociable meal at Ithica for those who choose to eat in. The widde choice of quality restaurants inclduing The renowned Porthminster Cafe are but just a short walk away. Alternatively, the large balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy al fresco dining, watch the sun rise over Godrevy, then enjoy the south facing aspect of the balcony for most of the day.

This top of the range SieMatic kitchen benefits from integral microwave, electric hob, oven and dishwasher. With cream soft close units, stunning corian work surfaces, a Neff oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, this is sure to please.  A substantial breakfast bar with two stools allows guests share a conversation with the budding chefs who will find every gadget and implement to prepare the meal.

There is a separate utility room off the hallway with a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron.

Bedroom one

The master bedroom is upstairs in this luxury duplex apartment, with a quality Sealy king size bed and mattress, bedside tables and touch reading lights. Beautifully dressed with scatter cushions and throw you will be sure of a good nights sleep. There is a plenty of storage provided and also an LCD TV,  a relaxer chair is conveniently placed in this spacious bedroom. Sea glimpses over St Ives town.

Bedroom one has an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, wc, bath with overhead shower.

Bedroom two

Positioned upstairs, bedroom two has a king size Sealy bed and mattress, two bedside tables, fitted wardrobes and an LCD television.  There is also a leather lounger to relax. Sea views from the windows over St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse.

Bedroom two has an ensuite bathroom with handbasin, wc and shower enclosure.

Bedroom three

Located downstairs, this bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe, dressing table bedside table with touch light, an LCD television. Sea glimpses over the roof tops of St. Ives and across the bay.

A selection of high quality towels are provided per person together with luxury Egyptian Cotton bed linen.

The south facing full-width 20' decked balcony terrace with chrome balustrade, is a perfect sun-trap and is enviably positioned within Gallinas Point to benefit from stunning views across St. Ives Bay. In the evening wnjoy the soft glow of the blue tinted uplighters and enjoy a sundowner !.

There is a table designer chairs together with a sun lounger which is bound to prove popular with guests. There is with one allocated parking space behind a secure barrier.

It also connects to St Erth and Penzance to mainline UK stations including Paddington, London.
