Living Area
At ground level, the open plan living area overlooks the well-manicured gardens, Carbis Bay beach and across to Godrevy Lighthouse in St Ives Bay. Throw open those French Doors to the sheltered decking and drink in the colours from the comfortable curved sofa, choc-full of cushions inspired by the hues of the Ocean. Either side, you will find two coastal occasional tables providing somewhere to perch a glass of your favourite tipple. For reading, there is a dimmable floor lamp to allow you to create your own ambience.
You will not be disappointed with the entertainment provision at Azure. Perched upon the beautiful Conran "wave" media unit there is a 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with full Sky package including Sports and Movie. A Playstation 3 with games and a DVD player with selection of DVDs may also be found here.
Superfast wireless broadband means that you can keep in touch easily and a co ordinating sideboard boasts a Bowers and Wilkins Zeppelin wireless bluetooth speaker allows you to stream your favourite music from your own device. There is a welcome book packed with information about St Ives and the varied attractions of the area. You will also find maps, walk suggestions, pub and restaurant guides, as well as a collection of board games and books.
Dining
The dining area of Azure apartment comfortably seats 4 people and there is a high chair provided for younger guests.
St Ives is renowned for its restaurants. Should you decide to dine out, there is a wealth of choice both in Carbis Bay and St Ives. Some of our favourites are the award-winning Porthminster Cafe, tapas at Porthmeor Beach and Porthgwidden Cafe.
Hallway
Upon entering Azure, you are welcomed into a spacious hallway with a beautiful starburst driftwood mirror and walls adorned with local art. There is also a large choir matting area and a phone entry security system for the main gates. You will discover a hall cupboard containing a selection of beach equipment and there you will find the ideal location for storing your coats and muddy boots.
Kitchen
The kitchen of Azure has a newly refurbished, high gloss German kitchen with Unistone worktops. It includes a Smeg 5 burner glass hob, Bosch microwave oven, integrated dishwasher and washing machine with built in dryer. You will also find a Dualit toaster and kettle, Delonghi coffee machine, hand blender, slow cooker and everything else you would expect from an apartment of this quality.
There won't be any arguments in this kitchen about washing up either as there is a feature opening between the kitchen and dining area to allow you to enjoy the view across St Ives Bay.
Sleeping
Bedroom One with En-suite
Bedroom one has a king size bed with oversized duvets and benefits from spectacular views. It is a pleasure to fall asleep to the sound of the sea and a view of Carbis Bay beach. There is plenty of storage space with a bespoke, spacious wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers. There is a Bose bluetooth speaker and also a 32" LCD TV with Freeview to entertain you.
Bedroom Two
This quiet room has the option of a blackout blind and will ensure that you sleep well after those long walks on the beach and cliff paths. There are twin beds with oversized duvet covers, large mirrored wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a bedside table. There is also a 19" LCD TV with Freeview and a DVD player.
Bathrooms
Bathroom One
The main bathroom of Azure is conveniently placed off the hallway, next to bedroom two. This luxurious bathroom, designed by Fired Earth, boasts striking porcelain tiles with glistening feature mosaics. As you enter, the supersized shower is first to grab your attention. With wall mounted and hand held shower options, together with body jets, guests can choose between a relaxing or an invigorating shower. A large back lit mirror stands above the wash basin which boasts a convenient shelf above, along with shaver socket. A generous heated towel rail also keeps your towels and this bathroom toasty warm.
Bathroom Two
The en-suite to bedroom one, the master bedroom boasts a large towel rail, a spa bath and overhead shower. There are also twin wash basin, wc and bidet. You will find plenty of storage here for every holiday essential.
Bath sheet, bath towel and hand towel are provided per person along with complimentary White Company toiletries in each bathroom.
Outside
Terrace
The decked area at Azure extends across the whole of the frontage of the apartment so that you can step out of the French Doors from either the lounge or master bedroom. With a rattan table, four chairs with footstools, you can enjoy dining “al fresco” overlooking the beautiful St Ives Bay.
Whatever the time of the year, you will enjoy the view across the beautiful landscaped gardens to St Ives or Godrevy Lighthouse. You may also be lucky and see the seals or dolphins that regularly visit Carbis Bay beach.

Just a short drive from iconic St Ives, the seaside village of Carbis Bay is best-known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand. With turquoise waters and sheltered conditions, the beach feels almost subtropical and is the perfect spot for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Centre, so if sunbathing is not really your thing, why not hire a kayak or SUP and get out on the water instead. Or why not treat yourself to a Spa day at the delightful hotel which overlooks the beach and has a fabulous terrace where cocktails can be enjoyed in the Cornish sunshine? Carbis Bay has a small range of local shops and restaurants as well as a fish & chip takeaway and railway branch line. The train journey from Carbis Bay into St Ives is perhaps one of the most beautiful in the country; St Ives additionally makes for a great day out, with plenty of galleries to explore. The quayside town of Hayle also isn't far and is home to activities for the all the family, including a golf and a wildlife sanctuary. The Godrevy Nature Reserve and Penwith Heritage Coast are also within easy reach from Carbis Bay, providing outdoors and watersports plans with even more activities to partake in, including coasteering and birdwatching. Carbis Bay is truly a wonderful holiday location for those wanting to experience Cornwall's breathtaking coastline.
