    “"We have stayed in Ivory several times and have always enjoyed our stay.”

    It is well decorated and very well equipped. We enjoyed having Sky on the TV for evenings in. Everything in the flat was very clean and the view of Carbis Bay was fantastic. Little extras provided like the cream tea, apple juice, tea, coffee and milk were appreciated. Also tote bag and toiletries. Would thoroughly recommend."

Whatever time of the year you visit Ivory will provide the perfect base from which to explore West Cornwall and all that St. Ives has to offer. Living Area The bright and airy open plan living area is dominated by the absolutely stunning seaviews across St Ives Bay to St Ives and Godrevy Lighthouse through the double French doors which open onto your private balcony. The spacious living area has two matching two seater sofas which are perfectly positioned with a coffee table to enjoy the maritime scenes or for taking advantage of the fantastic entertainment package. On a matching entertainment cabinet is a 46" LCD TV with full Sky package including Movies and Sport, Xbox 360 with selection of games and blue ray dvds, as well as a bluetooth speak to connect to your own music selection and complimentary Superfast WiFi. Amtico oak flooring is laid throughout the apartment with dimmable lighting, a selection of reading lamps and a floor standing lamp. Local artworks adorn the walls and a handy pair of binoculars is provided by the window for watching the comings and goings in the bay. Dining Area The spacious dining area forms part of the living area, the contemporary oak table and 6 comfortable white chairs is positioned to enjoy the beautiful views whilst enjoying dinner as well as being next to the archway to the kitchen allowing guests to socialise with those busy preparing in the kitchen. A matching sideboard and bookcase houses a selection of glassware and crockery, and local books and a selection of board games. Hallway Upon entering Ivory you a greeted into a spacious hallway with intercom, useful coat and shoe rack and a cupboard with ironing board, airer and highchair. Kitchen Apartment Ivory has a fully fitted modern kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave, built in fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, DAB radio, and lots of other mod cons including a champagne bucket and flutes. The arch between the kitchen and the dining room allows everyone to have uninterrupted views out to sea and across the bay. Sleeping Master Bedroom with Ensuite The beautiful bright and airy master bedroom of has a kingsize bed, there is a large wardrobe, full length mirror, two oak bedside tables, matching bedside lamps and a large oak chest of drawers providing plenty of storage space. Watch the 32" TV with freeview from the comfort of your bed or simply sit back in the chair provided and enjoy the spectacular panoramic sea views. Open the doors to the Juliet balcony and enjoy listening to the waves on the shore below or step through the patio doors and enjoy breakfast 'al fresco' on the balcony. The Master Bedroom benefits from a spacious, modern bathroom with Amtico-style flooring which is the perfect place to pamper with twin basins, bath and shower. Bedroom Two The second bedroom is fitted with twin matching beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table with lamp. A 32" TV with freeview and blu ray player is provided, perfect for entertaining all ages. This quiet room is situated at the rear of the apartment ensuring a good night sleep. A set of crisp white, egyptian cotton bed linen and hand towels are provided for each guest. A hairdryer can be found in each of the bedrooms which have Amtico flooring throughout. Bathrooms Family Bathroom The family bathroom is fully tiled with a luxurious double walk in shower with additional hand held shower, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail and vanity mirror with shaver point. Outside Step out of both the master bedroom or lounge on to your own private balcony overlooking the glorious beach accessible through beautifully maintained gardens which lead to a private path and private gate opening up directly opposite the beach, truly heaven! A Table and 4 chairs provided for guests to enjoy either Al Fresco dining or simply experiencing the Cornish sunsets. The apartment is on the first floor and so we recommend that children be accompanied at all times when on the balcony.

Just a short drive from iconic St Ives, the seaside town of Carbis Bay is best-known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand. With turquoise waters and sheltered conditions, the beach feels almost subtropical and is the perfect spot for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Centre, so if sunbathing is not really your thing, why not hire a kayak or SUP and get out on the water instead. Or why not treat yourself to a Spa day at the boutique hotel which overlooks the beach and has a fabulous terrace where cocktails can be enjoyed in the Cornish sunshine? Carbis Bay has a small range of local shops and restaurants as well as a fish & chip takeaway and railway branchline.
