  • “Carbis Bay Holidays were really helpful and I would definitely use them again.”

The cleanliness of the property was a little disappointing, In particular the kitchen equipment. The property was in a fantastic location and mostly very comfortable. The only complaint is the lounge was very hot and the window key appeared to be missing.

Dear Kathryn, Firstly, we would like to thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. We have passed on your comments regarding the cleanliness to the housekeeper, and we do apologise. In addition, we have also asked for the housekeeper and our property team to look into the whereabouts of the window key as we understand from the owner that this was in situ on their last visit. Unfortunately, we can only assume a previous guest has put it in a safe place, alternatively it has been lost and not reported. Once again, we apologies for the inconvenience and we are looking in to. Sincerely hope you had a lovely holiday and we hope to invite you back in the future. Kindest Regards, Carbis Bay Holidays Owner relations
