    “"The setting right on the fabulous beach is utterly superb.”

    Loved the wood burning stove and handy parking spot. Best place we have ever stayed. Just a 20 minute walk into glorious St Ives or a one stop scenic train ride. Accommodation very well equipped clean and warm. Did not want to go home and can’t wait to come back. Beach is dog friendly until Easter and then again in October. Price was well worth it!"

Seaspray is an amazing luxury art deco house, enviably positioned on the beach in St Ives Cornwall. Enjoy direct access onto the golden sands of the Blue Flag award winning Carbis Bay beach from your decked terrace. Not only will you be amazed by its outstanding location, but the panoramic sea views are out of this world and can be taken in from most rooms, including the comfort of the sumptuous master bed. Highlights - Seaspray is a beach house located in the middle of three art deco properties in Carbis Bay. - Arrival 5pm, departure 9am. - Children welcome. - One well behaved small dog. Regret no smoking. - Sea views from the lounge, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom and terrace. Entertainment - Complimentary wireless internet. - Sony iPod dock to living area and clock radio docking stations to bedrooms. - 42" LED television with Sky + HD including movie package to living area. - Playstation III with selection of games and DVDs. - 32" LCD television to master bedroom. - Selection of board games, library of books, O.S. Maps and information on the local area. For Families - Complimentary travel cot and high chair available. - We request that guests provide their own cot bedding. Access - Access to the beach house is along a short footpath and up two steps to the front door. - Six steps down from the front door to the beach. - Detailed access statement available on request. For Dogs - Enclosed front terrace (may not be suitable for smaller dogs). Parking - A parking permit is provided for your use in the beach car park adjacent to the property. Although the space is not guaranteed, the car park staff will do their best to provide a space for you as soon as possible. - Please note, parking is not available at the property between 1st July - 31st August. Bags etc can be dropped off on site and a weekly pass can be purchased at £28.87 for cars at the nearest long stay car park., Porthrepta which is located only a 7 minute walk away. The weekly ticket can be purchased via the mobile app - JustPark, rather than at the pay and display machine. Please note that this ticket does not guarantee you a space however there are 180 spaces. Living Area Living Area The open plan living area takes full advantage of the amazing panoramic views across the beach. Open out the double French doors onto the decked terrace and let the fresh sea breeze flow in. Travertine floor tiles are laid throughout the living and kitchen area offering a practical and stylish finish when you are so close to the beach. Should you manage to tear yourself away from the beach, the wonderful entertainment package includes a 42” LG LED television with Sky + HD including Movies, Playstation III with a selection of games and DVDs, Sony iPod dock and complimentary Wi-Fi. All of this can be enjoyed from the comfort of the designer sofa or armchair. You will also find a fabulous collection of original art throughout the property. Dining Area The dining area can be found within the open plan living space and is perfectly positioned next to the window for enjoying the outstanding views whilst you dine. A round glass table with four contemporary chairs is provided, alongside a beautifully placed cream log burning stove, perfect for cosy nights in. Should you decide to dine out during your stay, why not try one of the fabulous restaurants in St Ives which serve locally caught fresh fish. The Seafood Café on Fore Street is certainly a good option, but don’t forget to book as it is very popular. Kitchen Kitchen The kitchen forms part of the open plan living area and offers plentiful storage within the white gloss units, along with ample work surfaces. The views through the living area French doors can still be enjoyed from the kitchen, so cooking meals will never be laborious. A Neff oven, four burner gas hob, integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher are all provided, as well as a Delonghi coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, food processor and liquidiser. A wonderful selection of crockery, glassware and utensils can also be found. Utility A utility cupboard which houses the washer/dryer is located in rear courtyard which is accessed via the kitchen door. Sleeping Bedroom One Wake up in the morning to the fabulous view of the beach and sea from the comfort of your double bed. Double French doors also open out onto the decking, ideal for enjoying a morning cuppa on the terrace or for listening to the waves lapping on the shore whilst lying in bed. Two bedside tables, matching reading lamps, integrated wardrobe with hanging and shelf space, home office area, 32” LG LCD Freeview television, clock radio docking station, mirror and hairdryer are all provided. Bedroom Two Located to the rear of the property, this quiet room will certainly ensure guests of a sound night’s sleep. Twin beds, bedside table, reading lamp, integrated wardrobe with hanging and shelf space, hairdryer and clock radio docking station are provided. Both bedrooms are also fully carpeted. Luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen is provided in both bedrooms with a selection of high quality towels for each guest. Bathroom Family Bathroom The family bathroom is located adjacent to both bedrooms and offers a white suite which comprises of WC, wash basin and large bath with overhead shower. Fully tiled with charcoal ceramics and a mirrored cabinet, heated towel rail, shaver socket and underfloor heating are all provided for your use. A selection of high quality towels are provided per person, along with complimentary White Company toiletries. Outside Decked Terrace The Pièce de résistance of Seaspray truly is the decked terrace, with its direct access onto the beach via your private gate. Within six steps you and your family can be playing on the golden sand of Carbis Bay beach or enjoying a morning swim in the crystal clear sea. Accessed from both the living area and master bedroom, the decked terrace is the perfect place to enjoy alfresco dining, especially with it's feature integral decking lighting. A rattan cube table and chair set are provided along with a BBQ and hosepipe, ideal for washing wetsuits or sandy paws. The potted Cornish palms will certainly make you feel like you are in paradise.

Just a short drive from iconic St Ives, the seaside town of Carbis Bay is best-known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand. With turquoise waters and sheltered conditions, the beach feels almost subtropical and is the perfect spot for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Centre, so if sunbathing is not really your thing, why not hire a kayak or SUP and get out on the water instead. Or why not treat yourself to a Spa day at the boutique hotel which overlooks the beach and has a fabulous terrace where cocktails can be enjoyed in the Cornish sunshine? Carbis Bay has a small range of local shops and restaurants as well as a fish & chip takeaway and railway branchline. The train journey from Carbis Bay into St Ives is perhaps one of the most beautiful in the country.
