Living Area Hallway Upon entering the property there is a useful coat hanging area and video entry phone. Beautiful wood flooring is laid throughout the living areas of the apartment and stunning views greet you through the floor to ceiling windows. Living Area The large combined living and dining area is bright and airy with fantastic views of the sea and bay. The sliding French door provides access out onto the patio area allowing the fresh briney air and light to flood in. The apartment has been decorated to a high standard throughout with a contemporary theme giving you plenty of scope to relax and gaze at the view out across the bay to St Ives. Alternatively you could enjoy the fantastic entertainment package provided whilst lounging on one of the two luxury leather sofas or leather chair with footstool which give plenty of relaxation space for guests. Entertainment offered includes a 55" Internet television with, Netflix and full Sky package which sits on a white gloss unit, complimentary wireless internet and a playstation 4 games console with a selection of games. The Samsung M Series speaker provided brings all your music together in the palm of your hand, you can access your tracks wherever they’re stored including your smartphone, PC, tablet and more. There are useful USB charging points provided within the living area plug socket should you need to charge your own gadgets. Dining Area The dining area is perfectly positioned next to the kitchen within the main living area allowing you to enjoy the fabulous sea views. Just a short drive from iconic St Ives, the seaside village of Carbis Bay is best-known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand. With turquoise waters and sheltered conditions, the beach feels almost subtropical and is the perfect spot for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Centre, so if sunbathing is not really your thing, why not hire a kayak or SUP and get out on the water instead. Or why not treat yourself to a Spa day at the delightful hotel which overlooks the beach and has a fabulous terrace where cocktails can be enjoyed in the Cornish sunshine? Carbis Bay has a small range of local shops and restaurants as well as a fish & chip takeaway and railway branch line. The train journey from Carbis Bay into St Ives is perhaps one of the most beautiful in the country; St Ives additionally makes for a great day out, with plenty of galleries to explore.
