    “I understand the need for longer cleaning time on arrival due to Covid, but I hope this will end soon.”

    A 5pm check-in time is far too late and means losing a day of the holiday. 1pm would match other properties we've rented in the past and would be better value for money.

The Wifi in the property needs some attention. It's a key service these days. There seems to be a glitch on the line that makes it drop out every now and then. BT should be able to solve this.

Living Area Lounge The open plan living area at The Lookout is a marvellous space to socialise with all the family, whether you are whipping up a storm in the kitchen, enjoying the gastronomic delights in the dining area or just sitting back on the incredibly comfortable corner sofa, enjoying the match on the television with Sky including Sports. This is a beautiful, bright and airy room with light streaming in from the floor to ceiling picture window. The sliding patio doors open out on to your very own south facing balcony which boasts stunning panoramic sea views across St Ives Bay. Impeccable attention to detail has been taken in ensuring this stylish and contemporary apartment offers all you could ever require from a holiday home. The entertainment package is second to none, with complimentary Wi-Fi, 47” LCD television, Playstation III with Blu Ray DVD player including a range of games and DVD’s and an iPod docking station. Dining area The dining area also forms part of the tremendous open plan living space, with a beautiful high gloss white table with six designer chairs, perfect for a family meal in. Alternatively, why not enjoy an alfresco breakfast or pre-dinner drinks on your private decked balcony, taking in the fresh salty Cornish air and wonderful sea views? If your idea of going on holiday is to get away from the cooking then St Ives is the perfect location, with an exciting wide selection of restaurants, pubs and cafes to choose from. Why not try the Porthmeor Beach café, the food is fab and so are the views at sunset? Kitchen Kitchen The superbly appointed kitchen is a chef’s dream, with ample storage within the contrasting cream and wenge units, super sleek corian work tops and integrated Neff appliances including oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is also a great selection of utensils, along with a fabulous coffee machine. The substantial breakfast bar is a great place to sit and grab a snack or just simply socialise with the designated chef of the evening. There is a separate utility room off the hallway with a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron. Sleeping Bedroom one Located on the first floor, bedroom one is a spacious galleried bedroom with a comfortable, attractively dressed king size bed. The beautiful soft furnishings give this bright and airy room a lovely soft seaside ambience. Substantial storage is provided in a large free standing wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Bedside tables with matching reading lamps, full length mirror and a digital LCD television are also provided. This room boasts fabulous views from which to “look out” over the bay, with curtains for screening off the living area below. Bedroom one is positioned next to bathroom two. Bedroom two Positioned on the same level as the living area, bedroom two boasts another king size bed, two bedside tables with matching pebble lamps, large fitted mirrored wardrobes, dressing table with stall and mirror and a wall mounted LCD television. With sea views and a décor of crisp white and turquoise hues, guests will be reminded of how close they are to the sea. Bedroom two is conveniently located across the corridor from bathroom one. Bedroom three Located on the first floor, this bedroom boasts twin oak beds, a large built-in wardrobe, two bedside tables with matching reading lamps, a dressing table with stall and mirror, an LCD digital television and two brightly coloured bean bags. Seaward facing, it has far reaching views over the roof tops of St. Ives and across the bay. Bedroom three is positioned next to bathroom two. Two complimentary travel cots and highchairs are provided, guests are asked to bring their own cot bedding. A selection of high quality Christy towels are provided per person together with luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen. Bathrooms Bathroom One The main bathroom of The Lookout exudes quality and boasts beautiful Travertine-style tiling throughout. There is a bath with overhead shower and glass shower screen, WC, wash basin and heated chrome towel rail. This is the perfect place to unwind after those long hot sunny days on the beach or those springtime walks along the cliff. Bathroom Two The shower room is located upstairs between bedrooms one and three and boasts the same superb contemporary style and comprises a wash basin, WC, shower cubicle, heated chrome towel rail, chrome fixtures and fittings and is fully tiled with Travertine style ceramics. A selection of high quality Christy towels are provided per person, together with complimentary White Company toiletries. Outside Balcony The south facing full-width decked balcony is a perfect sun-trap and is enviably positioned within Gallinas Point to benefit from stunning views across St. Ives Bay. There are two tables with four folding chairs, along with two sofa style chairs to provide a more relaxed option for guests.
