The large open plan living area has lovely views across the landscaped and lawned gardens and St Ives Bay. Modern entertainments include a Toshiba 32" flatscreen TV, DVD player, Playstation III with selection of games, free wireless broadband and remote control mood lighting. A roomy L shaped designer settee and coffee table provides a comfortable sitting area however, guests will always be tempted to use the extension of the lounge, the patio provides the ideal place to enjoy a glass of champagne, relax to the pace of Cornwall and enjoy the sunset over St Ives.
The dining area of Infinity is part of the open plan living accommodation and is adjacent to the kitchen. A large dining table and 4 chairs are provided for guests, there is fitted mood lighting, a relaxing ambience can be created for every occasion. The renowned restaurants of St Ives are a short train ride away, whether you are looking for fine dining or family restaurants, the choice offer consistently high quality and value. The Visitor Book and Welcome Manual will contain a number of recommendations for dining out or takeaway meals, please feel free to add your experiences.
The kitchen of Infinity has contemporary high quality German kitchen units with soft close drawers and doors. Appliances are by NEFF and include multi purpose main oven, grill, coffee machine,combined microwave and top oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, gas hob with wok ring, extractor hood, grey stone floor, concealed up lighting and other wall lighting. The layout of the open plan living area makes it easy for chef to chat to guests whilst cooking. And there are two black bar chairs provided for those who like to "perch" nearer the action!
Bedroom One - en-suite
The master bedroom of Infinity has the fabulous benefit of opening to a sunny rear patio, just imagine waking up, drawing the curtains and enjoying the early morning sunshine on your own terrace. The master bedroom has a 22" LCD TV with integrated DVD player, king size bed, large wardrobe, bedside chest of drawers and overhead reading lights. The master bedroom also has the benefit of a beautifully sandstone tiled en-suite with WC, handbasin and shower.
The second bedroom of Infinity has a two single beds, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinet with clock, overhead reading lights and a dressing table with mirror. This bedroom has a 22" LCD TV with integrated DVD player and a hairdryer is also provided. Access to rear patio to enjoy that sunny breakfast.
A complimentary travel cot and highchair are provided, guests are asked to bring their own bedding for younger guests.
Captiva has a very spacious family bathroom with wash basin, WC and a bath with hand shower. The tiling is sandstone, the sanitaryware is white Italian style and the fittings are sleek chrome. Towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for each guest. There is a large mirrored bathroom cabinet with shaving point.
The en-suite to the master bedroom has an Italian style wash basin, WC and shower enclosure with power shower. The room is tiled with sandstone ceramics and there is a superb feature wall.
Infinity has the benefit of a seaward patio and also a sunny rear terrace both with garden furniture for 4 guests, outdoor living at it's best.
The Seaward Patio
The patio is accessed from the living area and adjoins the landscaped gardens and lawn. With a table and chairs for 4 guests, you can enjoy the lovely views across the Bay whilst dining al fresco. In the evening, perhaps switch on the subtle blue lighting and take in the sunset over St Ives.
The Rear Terrace
One of the benefits of Infinity is that both rear bedrooms open to a delightful sunny terrace. Perhaps the perfect spot to start the day. a table, parasol and 4 armchairs are provided for your comfort, where you can catch the morning rays and plan your day.

It also connects to St Erth and Penzance to mainline UK stations including Paddington, London.
