“Slow draining wash basin in bathroom got worse over the week bathroom had 2 ceiling down lights with only 1 working these should be attended to before next guests arrival they are both obvious to the housekeeping but ignored we reported before we left in the hope it would be sorted for the next guests.”
We have stayed in this apartment a number of times love the position but unfortunately the massive increase in the price for 2022 is something we do not feel is justified or good value.

Firstly, we would like to apologise about the slow draining sink and the lights that had bulbs out. Whenever these issues arise during a stay, we endeavor to sort it as quickly and efficiently as possible to cause a little inconvenience as possible.
We do understand the point your raised in regard to the housekeeper picking up on the issues, this will be fed back accordingly.
In relation to the pricing, we would like to reassure you that the prices are continuously monitored and are reviewed regular, so please don't hesitate to look in the near future to see if there are any changes.
