2 Four Seasons

Perfect location, extremely comfy beds and very well equipped kitchen.

Even though on roadside very quiet in bedrooms at located at back of property which is great. We had a lovely stay and the weather was amazing. Found the staff at the Carbis bay office very polite and thanked me for handing in a bag of clothing left behind from previous guests. The property could do with a spring clean and the outside areas really let the property down. Weeds everywhere and needs maintenance outside in both back and front patios.

Positives: - great location - lovely and clean - really comfy bed and pillows - spacious modern bathroom - easy to self check in - nice view of the sea in the distance from the terrace - great price for the the location Negatives: - only 1 toilet roll for the whole week - there was a little hole in the door frame in the bathroom and a small lizard type animal kept coming out of it - no complimentary coffee pods for the coffee machine - this was stated in the handbook as provided but we didn’t have any - only one bath mat for the whole week - a spare would have been nice - maybe a couple of washing machine pods should have been provided for the washing machine - but luckily we did bring our own - the outdoor terrace overlooking sea was lovely but full of weeds!

The negatives are only minor things that did not ruin our stay, but wanted to provide feedback for future guests stays.

A lovely stay in a very clean and spacious apartment.

The bed was very comfortable. Being an older person I would have preferred a walk-in shower but definitely a slip mat and grab handle would be ideal in the bath!

2 Four Seasons is a beautifully furnished apartment and spotlessly clean.

The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed, I only rated it 3/4 for comfort because we didn't find the beds particularly comfortable. Overall I rated the accuracy of listing 2/4 because the apartment is situated on a main road so you can hear and see quite a lot of traffic and this wasn't mentioned. Also the view from the double doors and patio is interrupted by the carpark, when looking out you just see 5 parked cars. When I contacted Skyes they said this is clear from the photographs but I do not think it is. However, the apartment was nicely furnished, very clean and the location, a 15 minute walk to the beach suited us so I would recommend.

We loved staying at the four seasons, it was our second stay at this property.

Perfect location for us as we love st Ives and the train ride from carbis bay is lovely. The apartment was comfortable, clean and felt like home for the week. It is decorated nicely and had everything we needed.

It’s lovely and clean, has a comfy bed, plenty of water for showers. 15 minute walk down to the beach and the buses are so easy to get into St Ives. Ideal base to explore Cornwall.

The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Location is good and it's a short walk down to the beach. Would stay here again.

We reported the blind in the sitting room three times and no one got back to us.

Guy on the phone said someone would be out. Back patio was filthy. None of the clocks or light on mirror in bathroom were working. Cushions for patio were dirty.

Lovely apartment, everything you need for a family.

Furnished to a high standard, clean and tidy on arrival. Perfect location for the beach and a short drive to St Ives. Only niggle hot water ran out quickly but wouldn't stop me recommending the apartment to friends and family or staying again. Perfect for families or couples.

Upon arrival of this property the parking was very easy to find and loved that we had a big enough space plus lots of unloading room.

Getting in the property was very easy and we were blown away by how spacious it was inside and very clean. Both bedrooms were a good size and have lots of storage. The kitchen had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and a big thank you for the dishwasher tablets as the last place we stayed didn’t have any and had to go out to get some. The welcome book was great to know everything about the property, one little thing the WiFi page is missing and had to hunt around for this (found the black feedback book which it was in there) I would recommend this place to anyone coming to carbis bay and we have even said that we are strongly considering booking next year because of how close it was to lots of places to visit, easy access to transport and that we had such a comfortable stay. thank you again. If there was one thing I would love to fix.. (ps nothing to do with the property) it’s the main entrance door to all the apartments. This door swings open and have no soft close, meaning it bangs shut. This is horrible when people are up at 1am or 7am etc taking dogs out can shock you and wake you up. Even if people just walked it shut, that would be an improvement.
