Super property… you could not expect any more from a holiday flat.

. cleanliness, facilities, parking and location absolutely spot on. This property is a credit to its owners and managers… very pleased !

The house was beautifully designed, comfortable, spacious and extremely well organised.

Great, well equipped kitchen for cooking and choice of indoor and outdoor eating arrangements. Lovely garden and sea view. In the house, there was a file containing instructions for all appliances and everything we needed for our stay and good recommendations for attractions and restaurants. Discount brochure for attractions e.t.c. Tesco 2 mins down the road. We had a wonderful stay. Two small comments for attention: Arrival and entry into the property was smooth but we had some difficulty finding the house because the GPS link provided for the location of the house was not precise, there are no house numbers on the street and there was poor network connection in the area. We eventually found the house because we recognised it from the photos on the website. Secondly, there was very little human communication from the host agency during our stay. I only got one call from them on the first day because they needed to inform me that the laundry dryer needed fixing, otherwise I think nobody would have spoke to us over the whole week stay! Luckily everything was fine so didn't need anything. Thanks again for a great holiday

Really enjoyed our time at the apartment.

It was of a really good standard throughout and was well equipped / had good facilities. It was good having access to a nice garden (with garden furniture) and the general location was good for us it terms of heading into St Ives and our travels elsewhere. Would stay again when next heading back to Carbis Bay.

The property was very comfortable and clean with a large open plan kitchen and lounge / dining area.

Bedrooms were on separate floors twin on ground floor and double downstairs via a wooden spiral staircase. The other major bonus was car parking for two cars which was invaluable as parking in St Ives very busy .

Accommodation was lovely and well-equipped.

Super location within 20 minutes walking distance from St Ives and minutes from a Tesco.

We enjoyed a lovely half term October break at Azur.

Traveled with my husband and 12 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and of a high standard. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable, we felt at home. Lovely sea views from the lounge. Great location for the station although there is a steep hill to walk back up to get to the apartment. There is 2 parking spaces available. We used the train to travel to Penzance and every evening back to Carbis Bay from St Ives. Lots of lovely restaurants in St Ives we recommend The Mermaid and the Beer n Bird both very different but great food. We also ate in La Casita down the road from the apartment in Carbis Bay which we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall a great stay, we will definitely return to Carbis Bay and to Azur.

Lovely little flat/apartment, great views, nice setup, good parking for two cars, near shops and pubs, ideal for visiting st ives, can walk there in 30 mins.

Very clean, lovely furniture and decorations, well presented and maintained. Nice little balcony and rear garden to sit out and relax. Great kitchen and two bathrooms, main and en-suite. There is everything you need, even some book, games, Xbox, TV in lounge and bedrooms, and free wifi. Whats not to like, we had a lovely stay, thank you (Sept 2025).

Amazing location!

The view from the lounge overlooking Carbis Bay was incredible. Having a supermarket within walking distance and a lovely local pub nearby was so convenient. The property was clean and well presented, with parking for two cars — such a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped, and the central location made exploring easy. If you enjoy walking, there’s a beautiful walk into St Ives, or you can take the train — just one stop away. We will definitely be back

Outstanding apartment- well thought out design and beautifully and tastefully furnished.

All the benefits of being modern, light and spacious but still feels homely with lots of lovely personal touches from the owners. Expansive view from the lounge over the sea to Godrevy rocks and lighthouse. I spent hours relaxing, reading or sketching whilst looking at the view from lounge or on the balcony. Excellent location. 25 mins walk via SW coastal path into St Ives or 10 mins by bus from bus stop opposite. Carbis Bay beach 10 minute downhill walk but steep uphill on return so fine for a stroll but probably best to drive if laden with children and beach equipment! Small beach carpark £10.00 per day, free after 4.00pm. Nearby Costcutter shop sells 'Cook' meals which are perfect for good quality holiday fare. Contacted owner once over a minor issue and received an instant, courteous and helpful reply. Highly recommended in every way.

Firstly thank you so much for letting us stay at your apartment, it was just perfect in every way.

The views, comfort and had everything we could have possibly wanted. It was immaculate inside and out, couldn't fault a thing. Will be looking forward to staying there again.
