“The apartment was way too hot!”
! The first two nights were unbearable. I raised this with the management company and their answer was not satisfactory and I came to my own conclusion to turn the heating off altogether. The instructions in the welcome guide did not make sense and the management company could not explain to me how the heating worked. I would like to make a complaint about this as I hardly slept the first night due to the heat. Secondly, it was noted that there was Sky TV available at the property. We were disappointed as was expecting this to include Sky sports. We have stayed at one of your other properties which listed Sky and it did include the sports channel. Other than that, it was a very comfortable apartment, but the heating really needs to be sorted out.

Firstly, we are sorry to hear that you found the apartment too hot; we have not found this to have been a complaint before and we can only apologise that you felt we didn't help.
In regard to the Sky TV, we do specify on the listing if the property has movies and sports; Bright Wings does have movies as shown in the listing, along with on demand/streaming channels.
Please be assured, we will review the heating settings, and adjust accordingly.
