A Blu-Ray DVD player and a selection of DVD’s, board games and local information are housed within the TV unit.

Half of the sofa converts into a high-quality sofa bed with beech slats and a full double size memory foam mattress, bedding for which is available on request.

Dining Space Set between the kitchen and living space, the dining area benefits from the open plan style making the most of the sea views through the French doors and providing easy access to the modern kitchen.

A glass dining table and four chairs are provided, there is also a bistro set on the balcony for alfresco dining. Kitchen If you enjoy cooking, then the contemporary kitchen will make this a joy with an extensive selection of bake and cookware, utensils, cutlery, china and glassware as well as all the appliances such as toaster/kettle/cafetiere that you would expect.

Its open plan design allows you to enjoy the sea views and socialise as you create your delicious dishes.

White gloss units offer ample storage and combined with the sleek black granite work tops give a fresh modern feel.

The well-appointed kitchen has a Neff oven-grill, microwave and ceramic hob and extractor.

Other essentials include an integrated fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and Bosch dishwasher. Sleeping The carpeted bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed with a 4000-pocket sprung mattress, all seasons duvet and crisp White Company cotton bedlinen.

Natural light floods the room from the many windows giving it a light and airy feel and a glimpse of the sea from the bay window.

A built-in wardrobe offers plenty of hanging space, which along with solid oak bedside cabinets, dresser and drawers provide ample storage for clothes.

Lose yourself in a good book with reading light from the matching bedside lamps or enjoy a film on the 32” TV.

Other items include an adjustable mirror, stool, hairdryer and Roman blinds for privacy.

A travel cot and highchair are available for our younger guests.

We do ask however that you provide your own bedding for the travel cot.

Heavyweight white fluffy Egyptian cotton hand towels and bathsheets are provided. Bathroom The family bathroom is spacious and is tiled throughout.

A white Villeroy & Boch suite has been installed comprising of W.C., freestanding wash hand basin and bath.

An integrated shower can be found over the bath, with chrome fixtures and fittings and glass shower screen.

A chrome heated towel rail is provided and a backlit infinity mirror cabinet with shaver point is located above the wash hand basin. Outside First Floor Balcony A private balcony with bistro set comprising a patio table and two chairs is reached from the living area through the French doors.

Perfect for alfresco dining or drinks watching the sun set with ocean views stretching right across Carbis Bay and out to Godrevy Lighthouse. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed via a communal front door with intercom security system.

Just a short drive from iconic St Ives, the seaside village of Carbis Bay is best-known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand. With turquoise waters and sheltered conditions, the beach feels almost subtropical and is the perfect spot for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Centre, so if sunbathing is not really your thing, why not hire a kayak or SUP and get out on the water instead. Or why not treat yourself to a Spa day at the delightful hotel which overlooks the beach and has a fabulous terrace where cocktails can be enjoyed in the Cornish sunshine? Carbis Bay has a small range of local shops and restaurants as well as a fish & chip takeaway and railway branch line. The train journey from Carbis Bay into St Ives is perhaps one of the most beautiful in the country; St Ives additionally makes for a great day out, with plenty of galleries to explore. The quayside town of Hayle also isn't far and is home to activities for the all the family, including a golf and a wildlife sanctuary. The Godrevy Nature Reserve and Penwith Heritage Coast are also within easy reach from Carbis Bay, providing outdoors and watersports plans with even more activities to partake in, including coasteering and birdwatching. Carbis Bay is truly a wonderful holiday location for those wanting to experience Cornwall's breathtaking coastline.
