Around the headland are Porth Kidney Sands and Hayle Estuary, and in just a few minutes, the nearby delightful scenic railway takes you straight into the beautiful fishing village of St Ives with its lovely harbour, shops and seafood restaurants.

Access - Access to the apartment is from the car park area through the main door and via the lift, or up nine internal steps. Lift access should not solely be relied upon as if not operational due to maintenance/fault, the stairs will need to be used. A detailed access statement is available on request.
Parking - One designated parking space is provided within the private car park. - For the convenience of all guests and owners, the electric gates to the car park are left open during the busy months from May to October. - Additional pay & display parking is available nearby at the coastal branch line train station.
Living area Hallway
Upon entering the light and airy apartment, you will be met with stunning sea views through the lounge and master bedroom doorways. There is ample space for hanging coats in the utility room and coir matting for sandy shoes or muddy boots as you come through the nautical front door. There is oak flooring throughout the living area and a video entry phone is also provided.
Living Area
The stunning uninterrupted sea views from the living area are breathtaking. Stretching right across the award-winning Carbis Bay Beach, there are views of the charming fishing village of St Ives harbour and Godrevy Lighthouse. Sliding glass French doors lead out on to a glass-fronted sea view balcony ideal for dining alfresco or sipping sundowners while gazing at the amazing colours of the sun setting over the Cornish ocean. Inside, Sea Mist is decorated in a contemporary coastal theme with a comfortable corner sofa and footstool, together with luxury cushions and throws, an ocean blue coffee table and beach style furniture, in keeping with the relaxing Cornish lifestyle. If you tire of watching the sea, there is plenty to entertain you including a full Sky TV package with films and sport, together with complimentary Netflix and a large selection of DVD's, together with a Panasonic sound system with CD player/Bluetooth/USB/FM radio. There is also a selection of books, magazines and games for all the family, including Playstation 4 and superfast broadband. There are buckets and spades, a windbreaker and four beach chairs available for fun days at the beach! A set of binoculars are provided for dolphin and seal spotting in the bay. An apartment information book, and local area information and Cornish attraction details are also provided.
Dining Area
The open plan dining area is located near to the kitchen, making it ideal for socialising when you are cooking and entertaining. A glass top dining table, accompanied by four chairs, offers comfortable dining for the whole family. There is also dimmed lighting to set the mood for a romantic atmosphere.
Kitchen
The open plan kitchen, set at the rear of the property, and conveniently right next to the dining area, takes full advantage of the fabulous sea views and a rear window allows for additional natural light, together with a privacy blind. This contemporary kitchen is styled with modern white gloss kitchen units and stylish granite worktops offering plenty of space for preparation. There is ample of storage space within the soft close cupboards and drawers. This hi spec kitchen features a gas hob with extractor and electric oven & grill, integral microwave, integral fridge & separate integral freezer and full-size dishwasher. A Nespresso Magimix coffee machine with separate Nespresso milk frother and complimentary coffee pods are perfect for coffee lovers. A selection of crockery, utensils, glassware as well as a toaster, kettle, hand-held blender, a jug blender, and an ice-bucket. Socket protectors are provided for children and a first aid pack is available.
Utility Room
A washing machine and tumble dryer are situated in the utility room, together with an iron and ironing board.

Relax on the king size bed sumptuously dressed in luxury Egyptian cotton, perfect for a peaceful night’s rest. Two bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers and a double mirrored wardrobe with hanging space to provide ample storage space make up the rest of this comfortable space. A hairdryer, clock radio with mobile phone charging unit, luggage rack and a comfy chair perfectly placed to enjoy the sea views make up the rest of the room. Enjoy your favourite film in bed on the 43” Smart TV with Netflix and Freeview.
Bedroom Two
This comfortable room is situated at the rear of the property where natural light shines in through the window making it bright and airy. A black-out blind is provided for a comfortable good night’s rest. Set as a twin as standard, upon request, the two single beds can be made into a super king bed if desired. This stylish room is themed with white bedroom furniture consisting of a bedside table with lamp, a chest of drawers and a double mirrored wardrobe to provide ample storage and hanging space. A hairdryer, luggage rack, clock radio with mobile phone charging unit, and a 32” Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, Freeview, and in-built DVD player are also provided.

The family bathroom, also with under-floor heating, provides a shower cubicle, WC, large washbasin with underneath storage, a heated towel rail and large mirror with shaver point. A selection of high-quality towels can be found also.
Outside
A glass fronted sea view decked balcony with external lighting and which is accessed directly from the living area, offers breathtaking, spectacular views of Carbis Bay beach, St Ives Harbour and Godrevy Lighthouse. A bistro table and two chairs and cushions are provided for the ultimate pleasure of taking in the salty air, dining alfresco, or enjoying sundowners. There are beautiful, relaxing communal gardens with a private gate which has direct access to the South West Coastal Path. An outside shower is provided in the garden for washing off sandy feet or muddy boots.

Sleeping Arrangements
The second bedroom is fitted with two singles as standard, which can be arranged as a Superking upon request. All bed requests must be made no later than 7 days before your arrival day. Any requests made after this date will be subject to enquiry and will incur additional housekeeping costs.
SKY TV: The owner is pleased to be able to provide this property with Sky TV, please check the description for the Sky package provided. Please note that the PIN to the Sky box cannot be provided. Therefore there may be viewing restrictions applied during the day as per Ofcom regulations e.g. Watershed limitations. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
