Sea View is a delightful, duplex apartment set over the second and third floor, in the seaside town of Carbis Bay.

With incredible sea views, and close-by amenities and attractions, this property is an ideal base for a couple, family, or friends looking for a getaway to the coast of Cornwall.

Be welcomed into a light and airy property, offering all of the living spaces on the second floor, plus a handy shower room.

Here you can cook a hearty meal in the kitchen, and dine together in the dining room, before retiring to the sitting room to enjoy a movie marathon.

From here, there is a sunroom which offers sea views no matter the weather, as well as a balcony with a backdrop of the ocean, ideal for an evening tipple.

When sleep calls, head up to the third floor and freshen up in the bathroom, before cosying up for the night in one of the two well-presented bedrooms.

Each bedroom has a Smart TV for lazier mornings or early nights, and zip/link beds for flexibility, choosing between a super-king-size and a twin.

Carbis Bay is a simply wonderful location for exploring Cornwall, offering a beautiful sandy beach, and plenty of watersports activities.

Alternatively hop on the train (as featured in Michael Portillo's TV series), with the station just a stone's throw away, where there are plenty more beaches to be enjoyed, in St Ives and Penzance.

St Ives offers plenty of eateries, as well as quaint shops and a museum, and art enthusiasts will relish a trip to Tate St Ives or perhaps exploring the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden.

The coastline boasts endless beaches, coves, and delightful towns and villages such as Hayle, offering days spent enjoying the sunshine.

Just a short drive from iconic St Ives, the seaside village of Carbis Bay is best-known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand. With turquoise waters and sheltered conditions, the beach feels almost subtropical and is the perfect spot for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Centre, so if sunbathing is not really your thing, why not hire a kayak or SUP and get out on the water instead. Or why not treat yourself to a Spa day at the delightful hotel which overlooks the beach and has a fabulous terrace where cocktails can be enjoyed in the Cornish sunshine? Carbis Bay has a small range of local shops and restaurants as well as a fish & chip takeaway and railway branch line. The train journey from Carbis Bay into St Ives is perhaps one of the most beautiful in the country; St Ives additionally makes for a great day out, with plenty of galleries to explore. The quayside town of Hayle also isn't far and is home to activities for the all the family, including a golf and a wildlife sanctuary. The Godrevy Nature Reserve and Penwith Heritage Coast are also within easy reach from Carbis Bay, providing outdoors and watersports plans with even more activities to partake in, including coasteering and birdwatching. Parking is provided within a garage suitable for a small/medium sized car (Entrance is 2.05m wide and 1.85m high). Additional parking is available in one of the 3 visitor bays on a "First come first served basis". Alternatively, the adjacent railway station car park has spaces for public use.
