    What a fantastic apartment! Stayed in most nights, relaxing on the decking. Weather was glorious so meant we could have many BBQ's. Sea Views from the bedroom, lounge, conservatory meant we could watch the sunrise most mornings. The Beach didn't allow dogs but we were allowed to walk him between 5am - 8am each morning. Spotless Apartment with everything you need. Felt at home from day 1. The decking area is a sun trap. Lots of sunbathing and relaxation after a busy day out site seeing! Love that you are dog friendly! Danielle was a great host, nothing too much trouble. Thank you for a wonderful stay - would love to return one day! "

Living Area Living Area The wonderfully spacious open plan living/dining area can be found off the entrance hallway, this spacious room with oak flooring throughout, contemporary furnishings, original artwork and floor to ceiling sliding doors which lead out onto a balcony is sure to impress. The panoramic sea views from here are stunning, sweeping across St Ives Bay to Hayle Towans taking in Godrevy lighthouse. For your comfort there is a large modular leather sofa and two arm chairs arranged for guests to enjoy the fantastic entertainment package of 55" LED TV with Sky package including Sports, Blu Ray DVD player, Netflix, Playstation 4 games console and selection of games and DVDs. Dining Area Open plan and sociable with the kitchen and living area, the dining area is located within the large conservatory, positioned to enjoy a superb sea view across the beach and bay. Seating 6, the table is a great spot to sample some of the delights of Cornwall cooked up by your nominated chef. Entrance Hallway When entering this stunning apartment, you are greeted into a welcoming hallway where you will find ample space for walking boots, beach gear and hanging coats. Utility/ WC Cloakroom The small utility room containing washer/dryer, with an Iron/Ironing board and airer as well as a useful W.C. and small sink. Lounge Area For your comfort there is a large modular leather sofa arranged for guests to enjoy the fantastic entertainment package. Conservatory Leading from the Living area directly into the conservatory benefiting from breathtaking coastal views. This room boasts a dining table with 6 chairs and a 3 seater sofa with matching chair and foot stool; guest’s can sit back, relax and take in the ever changing maritime panorama. French doors lead directly out onto the private terrace, perfect for an alfresco drink. Kitchen The modern open plan kitchen provides ample storage within the white gloss fitted units and plentiful work space on the black granite work top. Zanussi integrated appliances comprise of a 4 ring ceramic hob, oven/grill, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave and Neff extractor. A DeLonghi four slice toaster, kettle and Kenwood Tri-blade handblender can all be found, along with a fabulous selection of utensils, crockery and glassware. For coffee lovers there is a DeLonghi coffee machine provided, perfect for easing into the day with a fresh brew on the terrace or in the conservatory or one of the three high stools accompanying the breakfast bar. Sleeping Bedroom One Bedroom One is spacious bright and airy with triple window and sea views. The super king-size zip and link is sumptuously dressed with Egyptian cotton linen and can be arranged as a twin on request. There is a large fitted wardrobe and hanging space, two bedside tables with draws, dressing table with stool, matching bedside lamps and chest of drawers providing ample storage space. A 32" TV with integrated DVD player is provided for your entertainment. Bedroom Two Bedroom two is also located to the rear of the apartment with a double bed and fitted wardrobe with drawers and hanging space, two bedside tables with reading lights and a mirror. A 32″ TV is provided for your entertainment. Bedroom Two has a porcelain tile floor with underfloor heating throughout the bedroom and ensuite shower room. Bedroom Three The third bedroom of The Breakers is located to the rear of the apartment and is a quiet room easing you into a good night’s sleep. This room has a 3′ single bed, with luxury pocket sprung mattress and oversize duvet. A built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, 24″ LED Freeview television with integrated DVD player. Luxury White Company Egyptian cotton bed linen is provided in all bedrooms and a hairdryer is also provided in bedrooms one and two, along with a selection of high quality towels for each guest. Just a short drive from iconic St Ives, the seaside town of Carbis Bay is best-known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand. With turquoise waters and sheltered conditions, the beach feels almost subtropical and is the perfect spot for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Centre, so if sunbathing is not really your thing, why not hire a kayak or SUP and get out on the water instead. Or why not treat yourself to a Spa day at the boutique hotel which overlooks the beach and has a fabulous terrace where cocktails can be enjoyed in the Cornish sunshine? Carbis Bay has a small range of local shops and restaurants as well as a fish & chip takeaway and railway branchline. The train journey from Carbis Bay into St Ives is perhaps one of the most beautiful in the country.
