Nice bright apartment. Compact. Bed could be comfier. Reported that the heated towel rail was not working on the first day of our stay, and this was not resolved during the week that we were there. Repeatedly told that someone would come to sort it out, but they didn't. It was a problem as the bathroom was cold and damp, and we had to use damp towels for the week.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were under the impression that no one came around to the property to address the issue with the towel rail. Maintenance did in fact attend the property and fit a new fuse, which we thought would have fixed it. If you had let us know about the damp towels we could have provided extra for you no problem at all, as we want our guests to have a wonderful stay.
We apologise for any miscommunication between yourselves, Carbis bay holidays and us the owners. We have now put measures in place so this doesn’t happen again.
The property is currently under a full refurbishment with a new layout including a new bathroom fitted including towel rail and a new bed and mattress. Along with LVT flooring throughout.
