Indeed, we have already booked a further 3 holidays for 2023. Sykes are constantly badgering us to provide a complimentary review of our holidays in 2022. I would be grateful if both Sykes Holidays and the Owners would acknowledge our past reviews, on their website, rather than ignoring them completely. PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST ANY FURTHER REVIEWS IF YOU AND THE OWNERS ARE QUITE SIMPLY GOING TO IGNORE THEM. AS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE MAKE SURE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE ALL REVIEWS PLEASE.
Thank you for your feedback, we believe that because you have stayed at the property four times in 2022 and each time you stay you will have a feedback request this may be the reason why you feel you have had so many requests.
To confirm, after your first comment in February 2022 regarding the fridge, shower draining slowly, the kettle clicking off and the lightbulbs being out - the owners replaced the fridge and kettle, the housekeepers has replaced the bulbs and also the shower drainage has been checked. If there are any issues during your stay, please do always feel free to contact our office and a member of staff will do all the best to resolve these for you.
