“We thought the apartment was very nice, tastefully and comfortably furnished, the kitchen was very well equipped and the view was fantastic.”
Just a few minor things we would like to point out. In the main bedroom, one of the bedside lamps did not work. In the second bedroom, one of the drawers was not clean and the toilet in the main bathroom was dusty. Also, in the second bedroom, there is a lack of shelf storage, as one of the cupboards is locked. The majority of the cars that were parked at the apartment were relatively large and we thought that most of the parking spots were really tight. Whilst we generally strip the beds when we leave a holiday apartment, we did not like the fact that we were required to do it. We also did not like the very late check-in time and the very early check-out time.
Still, we had a great time and would definitely recommend the apartment.

When our guests bring issues to our attention, we endeavor to resolve as soon as possible.
Although we do understand your point about the gathering the linen before you check out, with COVID_19 still being quite prominent in our area, we are continuing to protect our housekeepers as much as possible by asking for linen to be bagged up on departure.
We hope that at some point, we can go back to the normal we used to know, but at the moment we are still very much trying to protect all parties involved, including our guests with the slightly later check in and earlier check out, again we hope to review this shortly.
