    “Loved the property and stunning views, location also great.”

    It had everything you’ll need. Beds were comfy, bathrooms great, kitchen has everything, quartz sides, leather sofas, large screen tv with apps built in, wifi never failed. The views are what really make this place worth staying. The property has more steps leading to it than is stated in the listing. So better for short stays than long if taking a lot of luggage as the parking space provided is a bonus, but a bit of a trek up a steep hill. We planned to park in the station car park in the ...

    It had everything you’ll need. Beds were comfy, bathrooms great, kitchen has everything, quartz sides, leather sofas, large screen tv with apps built in, wifi never failed. The views are what really make this place worth staying. The property has more steps leading to it than is stated in the listing. So better for short stays than long if taking a lot of luggage as the parking space provided is a bonus, but a bit of a trek up a steep hill. We planned to park in the station car park in the morning to load up but this was full, so we managed to stop on the double yellows for a while next to the church opposite which was only option other than lugging everything up the hill. It didn’t say what to do with recycling so it all went in the main bin which was already half full when we got there. The windows, sky lights especially need a good clean. I know they get a hammering from the seagulls, but they looked as if they’d never been done.

Rooftops is a characterful apartment located on the southwest coast in the town of St Ives, Cornwall, just a short walk from the beach.

With a gorgeous, colourful interior and an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space this property is a wonderful spot for you to whisk away your family and friends for a scenic countryside escape.

Upon entering your holiday home you will be warmly welcomed by the stylish layout of the living space with a kitchen and dining space which is fully-equipped for making home-cooked meals, socialising at the breakfast bar and enjoying a soothing evening in front of the TV with your feet up.

You will also find two wonderful bedrooms which invite you to rest, with both having a TV should you fancy a late night movie before getting some shut eye.

Alternatively, use the bathroom for a nice, hot soak in the freestanding bath before you get tucked in, or freshen up in the king-size’s en-suite shower room.

Once you’re all woken up and ready to take on the day, the coastal town of St Ives has plenty to offer you with the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden, the gorgeous sea views from Man's Head and Porthmeor Beach with beautiful blue views of the sea and a popular spot for surfers and swimmers.

Slightly further out, but easily accessible by car, you have King George V Memorial Walk for a tranquil stroll along the river, Terrace Hayle for a spot of Italian food on your travels and Roger's Tower for the chance to take in the wider landscape.

You can also make your way to the nearby town of Penzance for a visit to Penlee House Gallery & Museum, Trengwainton Garden and Penzance Harbour Lighthouse.
