The south facing spacious open-plan living, kitchen and dining area oozes contemporary style and is flooded with light from the floor to ceiling window and patio doors. Sleek wood laminate flooring extends throughout and the spacious lounge is styled for your comfort with two three seat leather sofas, a media unit, selection of reading and impressive entertainment package. There is a 58 inch Panasonic TV with Freeview, Netflix & Now TV, Xbox One with selection of games and DVDS and complimentary free WIFI for guest use.

The dining area is furnished with a round glass table with six designer leather chairs positioned to enjoy the lovely views and socialize with the nominated chef.
Doors provide access from the living area onto a south facing decked terrace with panoramic sea view to enjoy an alfresco drink or morning coffee.

The contemporary kitchen benefits from integral Neff microwave, four ring ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, blender, Nescafe Dolce Gusto Krups Melody 3 coffee machine and dishwasher with gloss SieMatic soft close units and the stunning granite work surfaces. There is a great selection of utensils, good quality cutlery and glassware. A substantial breakfast bar with two stools allows guests to perch comfortably while sharing the events of the day with the designated chef of the evening.
A washer/dryer, ironing board and iron are all stored in cupboard under the stairs in the hallway.

Bedroom One
Located on the first floor to the front of the property bedroom one benefits from a lovely sea view to Godrevy Lighthouse through the large velux window. With wood laminate flooring throughout, a stunning Barbara Hulanicki wallpaper feature wall, a luxuriously dressed king size bed with leather headboard and an en-suite bathroom. You have all you need for a relaxing holiday. There is a fitted wardrobe with mirrored doors and hanging space, a five drawer chest of drawers, a three drawer chest of drawers, a pair of Dwell bedside tables with matching reading lamps, large round wall mounted mirror, chair and a 24" Freeview smart television are also provided for you comfort. Lined blackout blinds are provided on the Velux.
Bedroom Two
Positioned on the ‘ground floor’ of this beautiful duplex apartment, bedroom two has a sumptuously dressed double bed with white leather contemporary headboard, matching bedside tables and reading lamps, large mirror fronted fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging and shelf space and stunning Magis Boogie Woogie shelving system on the feature wall containing a wide variety of dvds and object d'art. Bedroom two benefits from a large triple window with views to the trees at the rear of the apartment offering a quiet secluded retreat for guests. This window is dressed with blackout blind for your comfort.

Bedroom three
Located upstairs to the rear of the property, this bedroom has matching twin beds, a fitted wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and shelves with mirrored doors, bedside table and a Fatboy bean bag for curling up in front of the 24" Smart Freeview television. There is a long velux window with view across St Ives to the sea and the island.
Bedroom three is conveniently located across the landing to Bedroom One.
Luxury cotton bed linen is provided in all bedrooms with a selection of high quality towels for each guest. A hairdryer is available for guest use in each of the bedrooms. There is wood laminate flooring throughout the apartment with 13 carpeted stairs leading from the "ground floor" to the first floor.
