    Very clean and well-equipped especially the kitchen utensils in case one decides to self-cater. Excellent as holiday accommodation goes, a short walk only from the centre shops. ...

    Very clean and well-equipped especially the kitchen utensils in case one decides to self-cater. Excellent as holiday accommodation goes, a short walk only from the centre shops. Two things prevent me giving 5 stars - the permanently-running ventilation fan being situated in a cupboard within the master bedroom was a bit noisy; and the worst aspect, the parking permit system managed by Armtrac which seems designed to catch you out. A large paper permit must be displayed in the car at all times and it is way too easy to forget to put it back after a trip out - be warned. There should be a way of cancelling the charge if you can prove you were there legitimately.

With regards to the parking, unfortunately due to non-residents using the private spaces at the development the Management Company at Belyars Croft have employed a company to monitor the car park to ensure it is not abused and that spaces are available for all guests at all times. Belyars Croft Apartments are perfectly located within the award winning seaside town of St Ives, Cornwall. Ideally positioned within a 7 minute walk of the town's picturesque harbour.

The Lighthouse, a magnificent first-floor apartment enjoys an outstanding location on the coast in St Ives, Cornwall. The Lighthouse is the ideal home-away-from-home for a family of four, with trendy décor throughout and views over some of St Ives and the sea. Leave your car in the shared parking area and head inside this wonderful abode, where an open-plan living space awaits.  After an exciting day at the beach, nothing beats settling down in front of the Smart TV on one of the plush sofas.  The kitchen is a contemporary space and is where the allocated chef can find everything they need to whip some delicious meals, to be enjoyed at the dining table or out on the balcony.  The apartment has two well-appointed bedrooms, one of which is a fantastic king-size with an en-suite shower room and the other is a twin room. The family bathroom is the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day, with the bath providing a moment of solitude amidst the bubbles. Wander into St Ives to find a plethora of attractions and sights at your fingertips, ranging from stunning beaches and fascinating galleries to trails along the cliffs, with panoramic views from Porthminster and Clodgy Point; after making the most of the attractions for the day, visit one of the fantastic eateries or stock up on ingredients for dinner at one of the well-stocked shops. The community of Carbis Bay, home to a magnificent beach with plenty of watersports and pampering at the beach's spa, is close by.  Venture further afield to  Penzance, where you'll find plenty to see and do, including the Jubilee Pool, Harbour, and promenade; the harbour also houses a ferry station from which you can cruise to the picturesque Isles of Scilly to marvel at even more sights in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Make the most of the area by visiting the Penwith Heritage Coast for more seaside delights, or go a shorter distance to Hayle for other activities including the renowned West Cornwall Golf Club. Choose The Lighthouse for an idyllic, coastal break.

Building Work Notice
There is currently building work underway at Carrick Lodge which is located adjacent to the Belyars Croft development to renovate the existing building and add an extension. Carrick Lodge is accessed by vehicle via the shared driveway accessed via Belyars Croft’s parking area . The main building work is expected to continue throughout 2022 with the fitting out and decorating in the New Year. During this time associated activity and noises may be experienced.
