“Waters Edge feedback.”
Toilets were dirty. Welcome pack very strange, milk, chocolate buttons, apple juice, few coffee and tea bags. Balcony furniture past it’s sell by date, mentioned this last time we stayed. Sand under rugs in living room. Parking space constantly blocked.
Thank you for your feedback, we will address the toilets and the sand under the rug in the living room with the housekeeping team. We will speak to St Ives Harbour Hotel to ask them not to block any of the cars in undercover parking space. The welcome pack includes a Jute Bag, choclate buttons, apple juice, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and a starter milk. Since the sad closing of Ferrells bakery we have not been able to offer the freshly made scones and have had to switch across to biscuits instead so we are sorry for any disappointment caused. We will also attend and take photos of the balcony furniture to send to the owner so they can act and order replacements where necessary.
