“Lovely accommodation & within easy reach of all parts of St Ives (albeit it’s an uphill return but lots of alternative routes!”

). Fabulous views & quiet location. Don’t be put off by the parking it just takes a little patience on first attempt. We found it easiest to reverse down the street & access the ramp backwards.. ample room for an average family car. Notice the property is for sale - if it’s back as a holiday let, we’d have no problem recommending!

The property

This immaculate ground-floor apartment, Waters Watch, is located in the lovely coastal town of St Ives, occupying a high and excellent position on the sought-after road of Carrack Dhu.

Waters Watch offers breathtaking views of St. Ives Bay and makes a wonderful home base for families exploring the wonders of this Cornish region.

You are welcomed by a highly sought-after parking space when you arrive, but since everything is close by, you won't need it much during the week.

Discover the open-plan living area where you can relax on the sofa and watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV with soundbar, or sit on the bay window seat and enjoy views of the town and sea.

Impress the party by serving up delectable dishes that you've prepared in the modern kitchen/diner, along with a dishwasher and washer/dryer, and are ready to enjoy at the table while you look back on the day's experiences.

Freshen yourself in the bathroom, which features a walk-in shower and a choice of bathtub, before retiring to the double or bunk bedrooms, all of which are decorated in neutral tones.

A private entrance to the courtyard is located at the back of the building, and the front communal landscape gardens make a lovely area to relax.

The apartment is in a great location; it's only a short stroll to the Barbara Hepworth Museum, the Tate St. Ives, and the charming harbour, where you can eat some fish and chips and observe the boats bobbing with the tide.

While those looking to get out on the water can board fish charters or a sea safari, those who feel active can follow the South West Coast Path.

Don't miss out on a trip to the magnificent St. Michael's Mount, a famous site featuring a mediaeval fortress, the Normal Church, and subtropical gardens.

At Waters Watch, all of these and much more are waiting.

About the location

ST IVES

Penzance 6 miles.

One of Cornwall's prettiest harbour towns, St Ives offers narrow streets, tight-packed cottages nestling around the quayside, the Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth museum, fabulous beaches, superb shops, a thriving community of artists, great pubs and restaurants and much more. With its semi Bohemian lifestyle and romantic air, it's easy to see why this is the county's premier holiday resort. The surrounding area has much for the visitor to see and do with abundant wildlife, fabulous coastal walks, top quality surfing and the Celtic mysteries of the Land's End Peninsula are all within easy reach. A superb destination!
