The property is absolutely amazing.

The space in the living area is fabulous. The views are glorious! There was plenty of crockery and pots and pans for us to cook and appreciate the property. The beds and linen were lovely and it was nice and quiet. Its a 10-15 minute walk into St Ives, either via the roadway or coast to appreciate the stunning views. We had a lovely break and would not hesitate to book again.

We have been twice before so we know the cottage well .

This trip was with our grandkids so all action. The weather was fantastic so we were lucky .A lovely walk down to the fabulous Portminster Beach , which has all amenities for kids and adults . Shame about the marauding seagulls. The view from the house is magnificent from its amazing balcony or its panoramic picture window. The house itself is spacious and very comfortable and is very well equipped. The only gripe is the coffee machine but we knew this and brought our own. We would love to stay again next year .

Fabulous holiday

Our second time at this fantastic property .

Very stylish , spotlessly clean and comfortable .Great views from the windows and balconies .Very well positioned for beach, supermarket and local amenities. Only downside for us was that Porthminster beach was a building-site due to forthcoming food fair and coastal path below the house was being resurfaced so noisy and smelly all week. Nevertheless the weather was good. Would definately come again,

The house is beautiful, with amazing views out to sea, and a great location for getting to the beach.

It's a short walk into St Ives, so you get into the hustle and bustle easily, but equally be quieter if you want. The house is great if there's a group of you, with all the living space being one big room, providing lots of space to get together. The only challenge we had was that some of the beds were very soft, which made for some uncomfortable nights sleep.

Absolutely beautiful property.

Exactly as described. Everything was fantastic quality, from beds to kitchen utensils. Ideally located, away from the traffic but a stone’s throw away from beach, shops, restaurants. Perfect - highly recommend & will be back asap!

My first step into this house, I was blown away.

There was not a spec of dust and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much. I would score this property 10 out of 10. We are super sad to be leaving.

Great bathrooms and bedrooms and wonderful lounge. The parking was brilliant as we have large cars. All wonderful

A great place for a family of 7 to spend Christmas together.

We enjoyed the comfort and the only problem was that we couldn't get everyone up from their comfy beds in the morning! Many thanks.

And we've forgotten just how beautiful the view is! Everything about our stay was wonderful, lazy days spent in St Ives on the beaches, eating gorgeous food, pub quizzes, admiring the beautiful seals who came into place and drinks on the balcony. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We hope to be back again sooner rather than later. We are all very sad to leave as we've been so lucky with the weather too!

A very comfortable house with absolutely stunning views.

We have very much enjoyed our first stay in St Ives and would hope to return at some point soon. We hope that other guests have as good and relaxing time as we have had!

Been to St Ives many times but this house is by far the nicest place we've stayed.

Superb views and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Sorry to be leaving on our long journey home.

The house was very clean and is equipped with all you need to enjoy your stay. Beautiful views out over the sea, would certainly come back again. A recommendation for food would be the Cornish Arms but you will need to book first.

Our usual March week in Carbis Bay/St Ives but the first in this beautiful house!

Perfectly located to walk into St Ives and now to Porthmeor Cafe. Lovely drive to our favourite haunts, Bedruthan Steps, Kynance Cove, Gunwalloe and of course over to Godrevy Lighthouse. Cold weather at the start with hail, but soon followed by warm sunshine, perfect! House was so well equipped.

The place was immaculately clean,very spacious very modern interior,amazing views.

Stunning apartment with an immediate wow factor as soon as you enter.

Apart from the quality of the accommodation being excellent, the views are amazing. Would recommend and definitely stay again. Clean, spacious (enough for seven adults) and in a great location.

The most gorgeous stay in Cornwall.

We had a great time and made life long memories. Our highlight was sitting out on the balcony playing card games looking at the view. Thank you!

The best stay we have all ever been to!

The views are breathtaking and the location is wonderful for a short walk into the hustle and bustle of the town. The space is perfect for playing cards and spending time together on an evening. What more could you ask for! Everything is immaculate and extremely clean and the kitchen was fitted out with everything. 5 stars!
